It has been nearly 2 weeks and I still haven't received my order

Order not received, no refund received, I've sent an email query which has not been replied to.

Ordered the vitamin D3 K2 (3pack) on 14th September. Had no further updates on my order when I view the status it just says confirmed. So I emailed the support address on 29th September asking for an update. I’ve had no reply so today I emailed again and asked for a refund. The only reason I’ve scoring Enclar a 2 as i have used them previously back in December 2024 and my items got delivered without any problems so I know they did use run properly. Not sure what’s happening now but I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them and wish I had read reviews before doing so.

I ordered D3&K2 with the bonus offer of an extra pack giving me 18 months supply, when they finally arrived the two packets contained different strengths and formulas and only one was gel capsules as advertised .
the website states 3 days delivery, they took 3.5 weeks to arrive by which time I’d had to buy them elsewhere.
I wrote 3 emails chasing them up, all were ignored.
When I eventually received them, the use by date was in 3 months time!
I photographed the packets, emailed the company again but still received no response.
I had previously bought from this company without any trouble but it would appear they are clearing out old stock/ possibly failing in my opinion.
I would not buy from them again and would not advise using this company at all.
I contacted my bank for a chargeback which was accepted, otherwise I’d have been £46 out of pocket.!

Have just read this has went into collapse, shame as their Shilijit and Ashwaganda gummies were brilliant. Anyone know how I can get my money back as order not completed.

Ordered 11 days ago and not had any correspondence, not even been dispatched yet

No items delivered, no updates and no responses to mail, very poor.
Order seems to be stuck in preparation but I haven’t actually been notified of that.

I order an item and never received. Wrote emails , nobody answered. No contact number. Scam !

I’ve still not received my order that I placed on the 28th August and have tried to contact via email but still had no response and there is no other way to contact

Items not dispatched, no communication. Help page unavailable and no response to emails. Not impressed at all.

Great service , very quick delivery , second time using them and 100% be only using this company

I ordered from this company 11 days ago I haven’t had a confirmation email or a dispatch one either. When I try contacting the help centre it says page not found. I have ordered from them a long time ago and it was fine but I won’t be giving them my custom again. Avoid and go elsewhere

I ordered a week ago and it still hasn’t shipped yet.

Placed order and paid for it, after 15 days waiting and emails chasing the delivery I am still waiting. Order status is unchanged at preparing order, and chasing emails are ignored.

Slow delivery with no updates but the main issue is sending 3 packs of 180 pills which, at one a day represents 18 months supply yet the use by date is less than 6 months away - poor!

No mention of this on the website which is pretty misleading and now I've checked other reviews, this seems to be a common concern yet they are doing nothing about it!

I have gone back to enclar health for their vitamin D3 & K2. They seem to work much better than others I have tried. I take all year round. The only negative I would say is slow delivery.

EDIT: moving from 2 stars to 1 star! DO NOT ORDER! NOT SAFE!

***Not only did I have the below experience, I have just realised they sent me the wrong product! I ordered the 4000 iu d3, they sent me 10 000 iu d3, which is WAY ABOVE recommended levels of Vit D for most people!!!***

This was my second time ordering from Enclar Health, and feel really disappointed, I ordered the x3 Vit D & K2 softgels, as I was advertised a deal that they were selling the three packs for £18 as they had ‘over ordered’
Received the delivery today (after waiting a month for delivery) and all of the packs expire in December 2026… so will be totally wasted, as there is 180 soft gels in each pack, 1 a day…

Website doesn’t say anywhere about the expiry being Dec 2026, completely misleading.

Also, communication from the company has been awful, haven’t acknowledged my emails.

I have ordered many times and had timely delivery but I ordered on 21st May which was confirmed with a "we will let you know when your order is shipped" .. now on 29th and heard nothing. When you open the help centre it's a "page not found" which makes me suspicious the "offer" is not an offer at all!

Sorry to leave such a bad review but I’ve emailed to say how disappointed I am with the product but no response….I thought I’d been scammed by a cheap fake company when the package arrived and won’t be taking them, I’ve asked if I can send them back or I will just bin them….I was so happy with the gels but not these dry powder capsules & the difference between the 2 is not clear on the site, plus the dosage has droppe too
