Great watch, great customer service.
Straight forward ordering process and delivery was less than a week which is quick considering the watches are shipped from China.
Watch itself is excellent quality and the watch is running at +1 secs, 290 amplitude and 0.0ms beat error which is amazing.
I couldn't locate the warranty booklet but customer service replied my email within a day and it was my fault as the booklet was in the box all along. Only negative is the warranty booklet wasn't stamped any the QR code only works using the WeChat app and even then it doesn't seem to work properly.

I’m sorry I did not greatly care for the watch. The case build is not very strong. Feels clumsy. The band is not great, and it only came with one band. The other one shipped separately apparently. It took a very long time to get to me. The dial is confusing and hard to read.

My first Seagull watche
I've always been intrigued by this watch company. Only watch enthusiasts in the West would know of this company, and then mostly for the 1963 pilot chronograph. As it happens, I'm not a fan of the chronograph.
I decided to pull the trigger on this 819.368 Roman Numerals automatic dress watch, because of what you get for under AUD300 : sapphire crystal, 50m water resistance ( not the usual 30m dress watch standard), blued hands, and generally simple and uncluttered aesthetic. I'm wearing it now as I write this review. I like it. It delivers a lot of bang for the buck.
I'd buy another Seagull dress watch, if they made one with the above characteristics, but with, say, Breguet Arabic Numerals and Pomme hands, at a similar price point. I think they do have an Arabic Numbers dress watch, but it's north of AUD 900, if I recall correctly. That's too much for a brand with no current traction in the West.

Very quick and hassle-free delivery
Very quick and hassle-free delivery. I know Sea-Gull brand for already long time and have many of their watches. This one is a bit on "odd" side, since my version is neither a military nor diver, but that is why I ordered it. Matte case and bracelet are also nice feature, though I know they may be more prone to scratches visibility.
