The drum is so amazing. It is incredibly beautiful and the sound is wonderful and well tuned. I feel very lucky to have been able to purchase this fantastic hand crafted drum.

After 2 months the hand made custum drum arrived in belgium and he is so nice made and sounds perfect.

My story . . . I’m an amateur musician, and I saw an ad for tongue drums on Facebook. I was instantly drawn in and did some research. I came across reviews on YouTube for high quality tongue drums and KosmoSky New Wave drums were reviewed among others. I could tell the tonal qualities were head and shoulders above many, if not most drums. After about a week of research, I was sold on KosmoSky.

I was concerned about ordering from the States, but I took a chance. Everything was top-tier in my experience, from getting answers to my questions, to the ordering process, communications, shipping, packaging, delivery, all of it was one of the best purchase experiences I have ever had!

There is a noticeable quality to this company, and you can tell they produce these drums to impeccable standards, and they are made with care and love. They truly care about their customers, their product, and the joy music brings to everyone.

I ordered the New Wave Symphony set, it is my first experience with this type of instrument. I watched with excitement as my drums travelled around the world to get to me. Mine were shipped with DHL, and their communication, tracking, and service puts their delivery services in class all of their own. KosmoSky at the time of my order offered to pay my import duties. They were only $27 and change as of my delivery. I payed them myself as a thank you to KosmoSky. I’m already eyeing up my next purchase, but I want to master these first. They are easy to play and I was able to play some basic tunes by ear within a day or two. Again I do have a musical background, but if you don’t, I feel you will find these easy to learn on and simply relax. I sit out in nature and simply start playing notes, there is something inherently relaxing when these notes fill your soul!

Communication was outstanding! It was so easy to find the product I needed and Maria was extremely helpful, professional and kind. I purchased a New Wave 15 and could not be happier. Workmanship is second to none and the sound is full and rich. Thank you for being so easy to do business with!

I had an exchange with the Kosmosky team and they were professional, attentive, and incredibly kind throughout the whole process. My drum was built in just a few weeks, and the international delivery to the US went smoothly without any issues. I couldn’t be happier with both the instrument and the experience.

I absolutely love my New Wave Symphony drums. The tuning is pretty accurate. I'm still trying to get a nice sound using my fingers, but I imagine i'd have this issue with any drums. I had many questions prior to my purchase, and the Kosmosky team was extremely available to answer all my emails very promptly. The processing and shipping was extremely fast. I live in NY and I got the drums a week after I ordered them.

Very happy with this beautiful looking & sound/key this drum is in. The shipping was also outstanding. Other delivery services could learn a thing or two from them.
The extra rubber mallets I ordered dont fit into the sticks, nor does the battery slide into the light fixture for inside the drum. No biggie as its not my main focus.

Обратились к нам в нашу компанию с просьбой срочного выполнения заказа , согласовали сроки -оформили заказ. 3 раза у меня переспросили можем ли мы забрать его вечером в тот же день или на утро , объяснили что только на следующий день. Так вышло что рассадников в нужных не оказалось и решили пойти на встречу и внимание ! заменить на более дорогой и качественный материал и чуть большего размера дабы уложится в срок , предупредить заранее не смогли (время было ограничено ) . С успехом выполнили работу , нас попросили спуститься к подьезду и передать заказ на такси , все это было сделано . После решили уточнить получили ли заказ ? Да спасибо все понравилось , и оповестили об данном факте на что мне ответили что нужно посовещаться с руководством и прийти к решению. Мне приходит ответ : мол нас не предупредили , заказ был сделан не тот , доплачивать мы ничего не будем , надеемся на понимание.. Если кто то решит обратиться в данную компанию имейте ввиду это что с вами в ответственный момент поступят так же .

The Kosmosky staff was exceedingly patient, kind and helpful throughout the entire process. They answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly and helped me choose the perfect drum for my restorative yoga classes. The order was processed quickly. My drum was at the shippers within a few hours after the order was paid for. The drum arrived in less than a week. The drum is gorgeous and more importantly sounds fantastic. My students love it and say that they are able to go deeper into meditation with it.
I am already planning for my second drum

After doing a lot of research about tank drums, I decided to buy from Kosmosky. Their customer service is excellent, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I ordered two custom drums (30cm and 22cm) and the entire order took just one month, including delivery to the US. The drums are absolutely beautiful and they sound amazing. My only complaint is that the annealed colors I ordered were off in both drums, but was told that "the shades of colors are not absolutely accurate and may differ from the photo." However, I would still buy from Kosmosky again. Highly recommended!!
