Going to Cairo, request Medhat
Medhat was our driver, he was fantastic!! He whatsapped me as soon as our booking was confirmed.
He sent us his photo and let us know exactly where to find him, he was waiting for us even though our flight was late.
It was 4am and he was happy and full of information about the area as we was driving.
I am going back next year and will insist on only using Medhat

Great Airport to hotel transfer
Excellent pickup. Driver waiting at arrivals with my name. Short distance to a comfortable people carrier and a quick transfer. Driver spoke good English and was very helpful with the luggage. Two over 80 year old travellers were very happy.

Worst transfer
Worst experience ever. A transfer that should have taken three hours ended up taking nearly seven. The van that picked us up from Antalya Airport was in deplorable condition and broke down just an hour into the trip. The driver pulled over on the highway and failed to communicate anything to us, leaving us stranded in the sweltering 35°C heat. After waiting for 30 minutes, I contacted Intui.travel, who promised a new car within an hour. However, the replacement vehicle arrived 2.5 hours later. During this time, we were left in the heat without any offer of water, despite the driver having a paid mini-bar in the van. To make matters worse, the driver of the replacement car refused to take us to our destination, claiming he hadn't been paid yet. After multiple phone calls and stops—including a moment when the new driver asked us to exit the vehicle in the middle of nowhere—we finally reached our destination in Gocek, seven hours after leaving the airport. The total distance was only about 230 km.

Bad communication
The driver was late and didn’t pick myself and my family from the airport. I had to take a taxi and pay additional amount for the service.

Horrible, never again
Booked a transfer from the hotel to Marrakesh airport on June 12th and the driver never showed up, even sent me messages on WhatsApp saying: take a taxi. Never experienced anything so unprofessional. Complete dickh*ads. The worst part is that they will not refund me, so I basically gave them money and had no service at all, had to take a táxi and pay 20€ more.

Le transfert ne s'est jamais fait
Le transfert ne s'est jamais fait, ni à l'aller ni au retour. Malgré des mails envoyés avec des preuves flagrantes de la course non honorée, la plateforme m'envoie systématiquement toujours le même mail et donc on n'avance à rien. J'avais pris un transfert pour être sereine à l'arrivée, c'est loupé. J'ai perdu l'argent du transfert plus le taxi que j'ai donc dû prendre sur place.

We used it several times
We used it several times. Mostly in Turkey. All this times it was a good experience. The drivers was punctual. This time our flight was delayed for about one hour but driver waited for us.
You could pay on the site with the credit cards of russian banks.

I booked my transfer from Antalya…
I booked my transfer from Antalya Airport to Hotel. I have paid online. I got an invoice and details with telephone contact to driver. Unfortunately my flight was late about one hour. When I arrived and left airport there wasn't anybody waiting. I did try to contact driver he didn't answer his phone. I did pay for nothing. Could not find any support center
