Silence is not golden!
My round trip using 3 different airlines, booked through Belavia, was cancelled due to Coronavirus. Belavia advised me to apply for a fare refund. I did so on 14th April and they acknowledged immediately. Since then, silence. I have sent repeated emails to the London and Minsk offices, and even the CEO. Once or twice, they thanked me for my patience/understanding, but now they just ignore me - and their telephone mailbox is "full." If, as they once said, there is a "queue," surely I must have moved forward in almost 3 months! I would preferably like my money, but at least the courtesy of a response with an idea of WHEN to expect it would be a good beginning.
