La aventura EMZAC natural empezó en 2015 con la constatación de que los beneficios increíbles que la biodiversidad colombiana ofrece estaban infrautilizados en la cosmética del país. A pesar de que en Colombia apreciamos y respetamos la naturaleza, no existía una oferta de productos cosméticos naturales de verdad. Por otra parte, la magnifica naturaleza colombiana merece ser protegida y preservada para seguir ofreciéndonos sus riquezas, y solo la podemos respetar utilizando productos que no dañen el medio ambiente como los que hoy hacemos en EMZAC natural. Esta filosofía fue la que dio origen al deseo de inventar una marca de alta calidad cuya meta fuese crear productos hechos con ingredientes de origen natural únicamente (vegetal o mineral), a la vez respetuosos con el cuerpo y con la naturaleza. Con esa meta elegimos la palabra musica EMZAC, que significa juntos, y así traducimos nuestra voluntad de cuidar tanto a las personas que utilizan nuestros productos, como al medio ambiente.

El Shampoo llegó con el cierre abierto…

El Shampoo llegó con el cierre abierto y se regó, pero desde EMZAC se comunicaron conmigo y me enviaron otro Shampoo de manera muy oportuna y rápida, mil gracias porque me dolía perder parte de este producto que me ha parecido realmente bueno, amigable con mi pelo y su olor me encanta. De verdad confío en la descripción del producto y sus ingredientes naturales!

I really loved the products

I really loved the products, the Aloe shampoo is my favorite, it doesn't leave my hair dry as other natural products normally do. It would be nice if you contemplated the idea of making the "Discovery Kit" jars reusable since they are perfect for travel kits. The order arrived super on time, very well packaged and with a nice design. Thank you very much!

No fue grata la experiencia

Me generó irritación, caspa y sequedad, y una sensación horrible quizá sea el alcohol o otro componente, el olor si es rico como de limón, sin embargo fue una mala experiencia, compré dos shampoos por si uno no me funcionaba, el de café verde y el de romero pero ambos son muy similares en su olor y reacción, no lo recomiendo, ni lo volvería a comprar

Hola Alejandra, como le explicamos anteriormente, tenemos politíca de reembolso solo en caso de producto defectuoso, y no cuando un producto no conviene a su cabello. En su caso, su cabello estaba demasiado dañado por el uso de productos químicos y en este caso nuestros productos, por ser realmente naturales, no pueden ayudar. En efecto, los shampoos naturales devuelven al cabello su belleza natural y reparan daños razonables que ocuren normalmente, pero no pueden hacer milagros con un cabello destruído por productos químicos agresivos. Hubiera tocado esperar que su pelo creciese y parar completamente el uso de productos capilares con químicos para que su cabello se renueve naturalmente y poder ver los buenos efectos de EMZAC natural.

Awesome

El mejor shampoo natural que he probado

El shampoo de café verde para pelos grasos es el mejor shampoo natural que he conseguido hasta la fecha y me encanta que es de una firma Colombiana. Deja el pelo sin nada de residuos y el olor es absolutamente espectacular. Acabo de comprar dos productos más que no puedo esperar a usar y estoy feliz teniendo esta opción de manera local.
