SCAM. They purposly do no refunds only store credit but you don't know that unless you intentionally look for their policy. They market their things as "collab" opportunities which is how they got the majority of their customer base. This is a drop ship company. The seller sucks. Never responds. Customer service team is non-existent. She employs people to respond for her but they don't. Hiring a virtual assistant to respond for you is weird. You have to pay for the "collab" items too by the way.

FYSA: they also list on their site "Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified."

This is such a scam. they'll take your money and you get what you get and they only give store refund so you'll never see your money again or settle for crap products.

Ordered the Ambassadors Box in January and until now I still have not received any updates on my order from the team. Today I surprisingly received the Dessert Dreams Lip Gloss Box which is not what I ordered! I would not recommend buying as communication is poor.

I have been ordering from emscosmetix for over 2 years and everything I’ve ordered has been amazing!! Definitely recommend if you love lipgloss 😍

I placed an order for 4 lip glosses/lip oils and they are the best I’ve ever tried. So pretty & so unique. The gloss is the smoothest and moisturising I’ve ever tried. I’m addicted and will be coming back for more lol. 🫶🏼
