I was looking in our emails and found your email which you send 16 hours ago.We received it around midnight between Saturday and Sunday. On that time our office is closed. I am sure you will hear from our customer service first thing Monday morning! That is how we normally do 😃
If you received a broken frame up on delivery, it is of cause a replacement. I noticed that there was no pictures attached to your email. It is always a good idea to send pictures of the problem!

Cracked Frame
I paid for my print to come framed. Upon arrival, the package was torn and beat up. The top right half of the frame is cracked and chipped. Very disappointed with how they packaged the framed picture. Will not use this service in the future.

If you receive a broken or damaged product up on arrival, it is a refund or a replacement. So please send us an email on hello@emptywall.store.
We can not control how the carrier treads our/ your package, so once in a while we see damages. But we ship hundreds of frames the the world every day and I would say that it is not often that we experience damages.
In other words, normally the packing does the job, but if the carrier beats up the package and it is torn as you are describing, there is not much to do!
As customer you can refuse to receive your delivery if you can see that it is bad condition. In fact it makes it hole lot easier for the sender in terms of making a claim to UPS or any other carrier if they destroy the package.
Enough talking! We will be waiting for your email so that we can solve the issue!😃

I recently purchased a print from this…
I recently purchased a print from this company. The total cost for a medium size print was over $85. I thought, for that price it must include a frame. Nope, turned out there was a $26 charge for shipping a piece of paper. I asked for a discount since most of these print shops offer free shipping. The proprietor said no. So I thought, OK maybe it will be excellent quality. Honestly, the quality was terrible, the thing looked like it was printed on a piece of old newspaper. I also found a small card in the box. It turned out to be a headshot of the company owner. A bit self indulgent in my opinion, but everyone has their own idea of marketing. Ironic that the headshot was on high gloss, beautiful card stock. Apparently the quality of the headshot was a higher priority than the actual print.

The paper we are using comes from a German company called Hahnemühle. They produce quality art paper for more than a 100 years. The printing methode we are using are often called Fine art Printing or Giclee Printing. We are using 12 colours instead of normal off-set printing where only 4 colours are used.
On our website art prints and frames are sold separately.
I was just checking our product page with art prints and the wording goes like this.... "Frame is not included"
Therefor I am equally surprised and sorry that you have got the impression that frame is included.
Finally I would like to draw your attention to the fact that we offer 30 days return.
