Highly recommended
It was an amazing experience and I had an empowering session with Nithya. From the beginning till the end, Nithya was very good at listening and trying to understand the real problem and was spontaneously able to offer techniques to handle/ manage points of concern. I was genuinely able to feel that she sincerely invested in me to help get me out of my concerns. She was generous and spent more time than promised, which helped me discuss more problems. It felt like she was my elder sister who was trying to make me feel better and more confident. Nithya also suggested an action plan with more precise pointers and also gave ideas on how to manage if I find myself in old patterns. Very insightful and heartfelt session. I sincerely thank you very much for all your time and effort.
