No bad surprises, everything explained well in advance and went according to plan. Ashley was really thorough and pleasant, quick to respond to questions.. legal matters can typically be quite 'dry' In contrast my experience was very pleasant.

I booked online 1 hour free consultation with Naomi Scrimshire however 15 minutes before the consultation she cancelled with rubbish excuse basically saying pay and we can talk otherwise not a chance wow let me include the exact email in this review.

At this time, our organisation is not taking on new employee tribunal claims. For individuals, we are limiting our support to settlement agreements or assistance during the ACAS early conciliation process.
To clarify, this consultation service is not intended to offer free legal advice, but rather to help identify appropriate next steps. If you do not have a settlement agreement or are not seeking support with the ACAS process, we recommend seeking advice from another legal provider.
For transparency, our current fees are £200 + VAT per hour. For settlement agreements, we charge a fixed fee of £500 + VAT, which is typically covered—or at least partially contributed to—by the employer.
