ordered from here then straight afterwards read some of the negative comments and thought id made a massive mistake
all i can say on their behalf is they answered all my emails and telephone calls pretty much immediately.
They had a slight problem with stock and a lady called sarah wrang me straight away explaining the situation that my order was a couple of days late so we could either wait or get a refund....i couldnt wait because we needed the item asap so refund was credited straight away.
sarah even mentioned she woud leave our order open in case we couldnt find the specific item so we could go back to them which i will if i cannot find the item.

Thanks all, Sarah a real star in sales who sorted the delivery. Best price for the NEFF oven I ordered. Acknowledgment by return good, but even better if delivery dates and updates over text or email were given to manage delivery expectations. Overall good experience.

Just bought a built in Bosch dishwasher of Empire Electro, this is the 3rd purchase I have made of them over the last year. Each time, service, price and delivery have been excellent. Will use them again if I need anything else. Definitely recommend them.

I purchased a Quooker tap off of this website and it never turned up. I rudely got told to be more patient by customer service and so waited another week and still nothing. I waited another week with no correspondence and chased again to then get told the products hadn't even been dispatched yet because they didn't have stock. They blamed an issue with the manufacturer but when I spoke with Quooker directly they confirmed they had stock that could be delivered on next day delivery and have never had any stock issues !! Quooker also advised that Empire Electro does not have a direct account with Quooker and are not a registered authorized dealer, which confirms my suspicions of this site being a cash flow con.
Impossible to get through to them on the phone but they email back very fast but extremely rude & useless. Do not fall for there fake responses on trust pilot or on email if you have already ordered something.
As soon as I threatened to alert my bank account of the scam, they immediately refunded me.

I called to discuss an issue with an order I had placed 12 weeks ago and nobody has called me back. The company never answer the telephone and looking through this feed I think its a scam organisation.

Please be very very careful !

Noting the updated comments-this is not correct -I have been so concerned with what I have seen and heard about this company that I actually tried to buy my own product from them !

Two other members of my team have also done the same. None of us received the order and one of us is still waiting for a refund.

We used partners names to do this.

I am the managing director of Quooker and I am simply looking to ensure nobody else suffers like I have.

I did not and do not discuss pricing as it is not important to me.

The telephone call was recorded as evidence.

From placing the order through delivery to after sales assistance everything was faultless

The staff I was in contact with were really helpful and polite dealing with my purchase keeping informed with the progress throughout the process.

Sarah at Empire electro went way beyond in making sure my taps from them arrived quickly. The Perrin and Rowe taps are beautiful , the price was much better than other distributors and the service excellent .

Excellent price and delivered 9 days early.

They were very friendly when I got in touch and after delays getting the shipment from Europe meant that timelines were tight went above and beyond to make sure that I got the oven in time for the kitchen installation.

I needed to kit out my new house and found this site to have a good range of products at really good prices compared to other sites. I had no issues with the ordering and the delivery service was excellent. I’ll be using again to buy other products for our new home and highly recommend to others!

Ordered a Bertazzoni Range Cooker. Arrived on time as promised, at a great price too. Can’t complain about the service, was kept informed about the progress of delivery. Definitely buy off them again.

Same experience. Paid £470 for sink. Got confirmation ema then nothing. Unable to contact by phone or email. Still nothing delivered after 3 weeks.

You will not get a confirmation email and all calls are forwarded to an O2 voicemail and the email link on the website does not work and all emails are returned undelivered.
I WILL BE REPORTING IT TO MY BANK AS A FRAUDULENT PURCHASE TO GET A CHARGEBACK.

Good price, but truly abysmal customer service.
I ordered an item that needs professional installation. Having placed the order, I had an acknowledgement email - but nothing else for a week.
I phoned to find out what had happened, and was promised a call back, which never came. This pattern was repeated over the next several days until finally I was given an expected delivery on a Friday. No communication, no delivery. I chased it again on the Monday, to be told it would be sent on Wednesday for Thursday delivery, and I should expect some tracking info by email.
Thursday morning, with no tracking info received, I phoned again. This time I was told that the carrier didn’t pick it up on the Wednesday, but they would ensure it went Thursday and guaranteed arrival Friday. It went Thursday, but didn’t arrive Friday. The carrier they’d chosen (and they’d previously told me there were several options available) obviously didn’t do a guaranteed 24hr service. All I got was an indication they’d try to deliver on Monday.
Having arranged to be at home all day Thursday, then Friday, I now couldn’t be home all day Monday - just part of it. I’d also had to postpone the fitter who was booked for Monday.
By chance alone I was home when it finally arrived.
My experience of the customer support staff at Empire Electro - and particularly Sarah, who I believe is the supervisor - is that they cannot be bothered or organised enough to contact customers when jobs aren’t going smoothly. I counted 8 different promises of communication or delivery: every last one of which was broken. The only time they’ve provided requested info is when I’ve spent the time and trouble to phone to try to speak to them. You might save a few pounds ordering from them, but in my experience it’s really not worth it.

Incredibly poor customer experience. We ordered a product in January with an early May delivery date. It didn't arrive. When we followed up to find out why (as we had been given no explanation), it was difficult to get through and we were repeatedly told they'll get back to us with a date. we didn't hear back and had to keep chasing. Then the phone lines didn't work (no option to leave a message, just said disconnected) and email response was very slow. We started to suspect it was just a scam. I cancelled the charge on my credit card as I no longer believed the order would be fulfilled. We were then told the product would arrive within 7 days but, having eventually got through on the phone, when trying to clarify the actual delivery date, the company representative was unwilling to discuss the matter and eventually hung up on me after I made the point it was poor service. Avoid.

We ordered a Bertazzoni oven range in January and we were due to receive it in May. It never arrived. I’ve been chasing for over a week now as to where our item is that we paid for - any time they answer the phone they tell me they are contacting the distributor but never actually provide an update & they have not responded to any of the 3 emails I sent. Now when I call, it seems the line is disconnected. Bertazzoni said there is UK stock so we should be able to receive it, but they aren’t familiar with Empire Electro to resolve the issue. Extremely frustrated at the lack of response and the money we spent and have not yet received our product after nearly 6 months. It’s unacceptable.

In response EE below: the only update I’ve received is that you don’t have an update…I have not had anyone return my calls as promised and have not had an answer to any email I’ve sent over the last 2 weeks. I did not speak to 2 representatives yesterday as your phone lines have been ‘unavailable’ for a few days now as I have tried calling repeatedly. This response is the 1st I’m hearing of an agreed delivery date, so if someone could call me with an update and inform me of a delivery date, I will happily revise my review.

Only a slight hiccup over delivery date but this was very quickly and efficiently resolved. Customer service is friendly and helpful. Also, the best price I could find for the sink I purchased. Would have no hesitation in buying from this supplier again.
