I found out about the brand Emmy London through an online fashion article. I invested in a few pairs a few years ago and my love affair with all things Emmy London was born! The shoes are so comfortable and elegant. I feel so special when I wear them. They exude class and the quality is exceptional. I highly recommend this brand is you want your feet to experience luxury. I have spent money on more well known brands but they don’t even come close to the remarkable comfort and quality that you feel while wearing an Emmy London shoe. I’m so impressed with this brand that on a recent business trip to London, I decided to check out the boutique in person. The staff was so helpful and attentive. I didn’t tell them that I was familiar with the brand. They were so accommodating. I must have been in the boutique for more than 2 hours. I tried on every heel height and so many different styles. While browsing through the boutique I was amazed at the gorgeous handbags that are part of the collection. Run don’t walk to the Emmy London boutique if you’re ever in London. You’ll never want to wear another brand of shoes ever again. And definitely invest in the handbag collection. They are exquisite! Enjoy the convenience of the online store just as I did initially. It’s fabulous! So many shoes and bags to choose from…AND…if you know any brides to be…send them to the site or store….the bespoke bridal shoes are beyond magnificent!

Unfortunately I was let down by my dressmaker at the last minute and had to go with a different colour dress than originally planned. Idid not have time to order another pair of Emmy london shoes in the new colour. So I had to return my original pair, but would definitely buy again for a different occasion as they were absolutely lovely. Great customer service

Absolute must have for extreme quality, comfortable shoes and a lovely customer experience.
I first got in touch with the emmylondon boutique and was at once greeted by a pleasant helpful assistant who answered all my questions politely and soon put me at ease. I then made a visit to their boutique with my daughter as I was wanting to purchase a pair of shoes and matching clutch for her special day. I had an idea in my head of what I required and emmy and her team did their utmost to accommodate me( even providing me with swatches of their beautiful buttersoft suede to take to the clothes boutique) although I have odd sized feet! One is a whole size bigger than the other! After trying on pair after pair( with a very patient assistant) they offered to custom make the right shoe a size smaller than the left which solved my problem completely! The range of colours is simply beautiful and the bespoke trimmings to die for.I shan’t hesitate to return shoukd I need special occasion shoes in the future and having a range of heel heights means there’s something for all. Gorgeous boutique and emmy herself a delightful person.
