Thank you Trustpilot. Just as I suspected this site is a scam. WHY people order from these Chinese sites I cannot figure out. I was burned once by one of these sites and I am very careful now.
They take pictures of high end clothes, shoes etc and then they make and ship you complete junk. The returns are non-existant, if at all. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. Investigate first.

They sent the wrong item. Completely wrong item that I did not order. The only way for me to receive a refund is to send the item back to China, at my expense, and trust that I will receive my money back. That is their policy and they will not waive for their own mistake.

The product description is a lie, I didn’t get what I paid for. It’s hard to get a refund and I’m very frustrated

The dress I ordered was not the dress that came in the mail 4 weeks later. They have taken 2 weeks to tell me that I have to pay to return the dress even though I have sent pics of the dress that was delivered vs what was ordered. Not even remotely the same. Total scam. Run as fast as you can from this company.

If I could give no stars then I would, the top I prefers is like a rag, no refund you have to send it back to China and pay postage but i doubt if they would refund you anything. Do not order from these people.

The company portrays itself as an American owned company, they go as far as showing a picture of a blonde woman and her daughter to convince you further. My bad on not researching the company before ordering. My order was super late, so I need to return the items. We will see if they return my money. I’m responsible for paying for the return back to China.

My blue coat was more like felt than wool. The quality in the photo does not match the item I received.

I have written two emails to customer service with no response.

I want a full refund.

I like some of your shoes and other products however I’d be afraid to order based upon quality and lack of customer service.

The quality is absolutely horrible! I wish I would of looked at the reviews before I purchased anything. Don't even bother trying to return anything. You have to jump through hoops and then they ask for more money to get what you thought you were getting in the first place. I completely total waste of money. I'm sure Walmart has better quality. Please don't wast your money like I did. Run!!!!

I waited a long time for delivery. The product received was not the product they advertised, it was described as Melinda/ Elegant Summer Linen Blouse, there is not a drop of linen in the blouse, it is 100% Polyester, flimsy and the colouration is not as shown. Poor quality, I should have known better. This product comes from a chinese factory not from a cute named boutique!

Did no-one notice that many dresses (and I mean on the v.first page of the EmmaOlivia boutique website) were EXACTLY the v.same as model pics from Temu? At first I thought "Oh, so these are the places Temu get their model shots from"........but it irked me some, so I thought OK let me do what my bestfriend bangs on at me about and find reviews for this "NEW" EmmaOlivia "scamique".........and lo and behold this disreputable "company" are just that.......un scam! O Friend O friend O mine, its not for nothing you love me..........I've saved you a few hundred birthday quid, just for 2 minutes on the old flat box!

Hope you don't need to return anything! It's been three days and still trying to get "customer service" to return my emails on how to return for a refund. VERY disappointed with item ordered, a size 3X is really sized like a medium. Cheap fabric. I really regret ever ordering from this company. Also took three weeks to receive it. Save your money!

Terrible I waited almost a month for my products . When the first product came, it didn’t fit well. The material was made very cheaply and had elastic around the neck. You could see the elastic where it was around your neck, not hidden. Then I asked for a refund and I’m still waiting. I should’ve gone on Better Business Bureau to read the reviews and I continue to wait for them to give me a return slip so I can at least get some of the money back.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. The item that I ordered looked absolutely nothing like the representation online. It looked like a cheap Halloween costume shipped from China and speaking of China, that is where it was shipped from. Even though I spent $65 on this rag/piece of crap, they would not refund my money and the only way they would consider it is if I paid to ship it all the way back to China. I will never order from this horrible company again and if anybody asks me, I will give them the same sentiment.

The skirt did not fit the waistband does not look like the picture. I have contacted you guys at least 3 to 4 times and I sent you a picture of the skirt,

Please tell me how I can get a refund and where to mail.

I read that you are eligible for a refund if you don't like your apparel however didn't know I would be spending $30 plus just to ship the item back to China.
Not acceptable.

Do not purchase from them. Their products are horrible and when you go and try to return for a full refund, the mailing fees are skyrocketed and end up costing half of the amount that you spent on the product. Save yourself from losing any money do not buy from this site.

I was shipped the wrong dress. The dress i ordered was supposed to be 70% cotton & 30% linen. That was a primary reason I bought it. The dress received was not the style or material advertised. It was 95% polyester. Gross. I have made several attempts to reach them through the website and email and have not received a response. Now I have to go to my bank to dispute the charge. Such a pain.

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

I ordered a dress from Emma & Olivia Boutique under product confirmation number JTLWV72UT with a credit card. I was sent the incorrect dress and the dress was sized incorrectly. Notified the Boutique I wanted to return the product for a full refund and was notified the business is in China and was given a China address and I have to pay for the return to China. Initially it was listed as a store in the USA. Order on 15th of September 2026.
