If I could give less than one star I would. Terrible experience, terrible clothing. A total scam but hey look where it comes from…China! Oh my god this is the worst.
Ordered a blouse that when received color looked nothing like picture and fabric was cheap and horrible. I followed their instructions for return. Got answer to send a picture of item which I did and I have never heard from them again after stating I wanted refund and wanted to return item. I resent my request for return and sent picture several times with no reply from them. Terrible experience. I also must say it took forever for delivery of item that was ordered - avoid these people!

It took a while to arrive but it was worth it. It's a very nice top/jacket. Lovely colour and very soft material. I love it.

It took a month to receive order. When it arrived clothing was damaged with a large hole in it. The quality of clothing is extremely poor and not what I expected the items did not look like the picture on their website and were thin and completely see through. I requested a refund and it took a week for them to respond. Then they said I have to pay for shipping back to China. Will not purchase from them again.

It took a month to get my order, I had to contact the store and they told me that my order was stolen but then sent it to me very quickly after I kept trying to contact someone. Now I don’t want this anymore and want to send it Back for a FULL REFUND

DO NOT BUT. it is the cheapest sweet shop rubbish. Unwearable cheap material and stitching and zips. All terrible

Unaware my items where from over seas. Having no date with arrival was stressful, as these where for an event. Upon getting them the clothing items aren't even what was pictured or in the desciption of them item! They are cheaply stitched with thin printed material. Short cuts on laced trim, I recieved a cheap printed patteren not even close to lace. For the high price point, this is beyond disapointing! The same quality was delivered with a few different black pants I ordered.

This is the WORST type of scam shop i have ever been scammed by. They put up a back story about this cute mum and daughter designer brand, you really get reeled in, and then the stories of the discounts, also massive scam, and THEN the product arrives looking NOTHING like the pictures .. i a mean buttons, aren't even buttons, they are SCREEN prints of buttons, on thin nylon prodcuts. and guess what .. not a peep back from "customer services" who "promise" full refund within 30 days !! DO NOT GO NEAR THIS FAKE BRAND

These products are not good quality. They are cheaply made and I will not be ordering from you company again.

They are a scam. What they advertise and show in their photos isn't what I received. What I received was the cheapest article of clothing I have ever felt. I have emailed for a return and refund and have not heard back. I am going to report them to my CC company. The phone # that they put on their site isn't working, and the address they put on their site is a bank!

Simply awful. The shoes I received look nothing like the picture. They are cheap and look like cop shoes. I emailed them twice about returning. No response. Their website specifically states to contact them within 30 days of receipt. I contacted them within two minutes. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have a nerve to have a wholesome picture of mom and daughter. Nothing wholesome about their customer service and awfully cheap shoes. I would have given negative stars. I refuse to be stuck with these plastic shoes.

One star is actually too much!! I contacted this company to inquire where the “returns” would be sent should I not like what I order. The reply was “give me an order number or shut the f@ck up”. Apparently, the employees hate that place more than the disgruntled customers!

I emailed to request return of purchase per website instructions and no response.

I cannot get a response from them to do a return. I have emailed multiple times and even called the number. I look on Google maps at the address listed. It is a fake address. Do not buy from them. Clothing is garbage and customer service does not exist. Called my CC company to dispute charge

I bought a pure new wool coat from this site. When it arrived it was 95% polyester and 5% cotton. the quality was awful and did not resemble the advertised coat. This site is advertised US but if you are not happy with your items, you have to post them to China and pay postage costs. They return your emails saying that another item is on its way but there is no such tracking number.

The pictures on the website do not match the product received. The material is so cheap and doesn’t even look like the photos on the website. Beware this comes from China with no labels. Save your money!!

BEWARE, they are a fraud. I placed an order on 10/4 never received an email confirmation and was charged. 17 days gone by an after trying to contact them 3 times with no response had to contact my credit card company who reversed the charge. Do not buy from them you will not receive your order!

I already wrote a one star review on this place but want to update. After four emails to the company expressing how poor the quality is, etc. with no response from them, I contacted my bank for a refund, a chargeback resolution. Only then, after my bank contacted them did they reach out to me, all apologetic. "We are currently open to negotiation and a compromise that will suit us both." Ha! WTF. Compromise? I told them there is no compromise or negotiation. Their merchandise was not as advertised which is a contract broken. The only 'negotiation' will be a refund for my $71. The bank refunded my money and I haven't heard from them since. So for all you who have been scammed by these guys, don't just resign yourself to losing money, go after them where it hurts and get your money back.

Horrible merchandise. Not at all what is portrayed on your website. Absolutely no quality control. Sizing isn’t even close and the quality and material are terrible.

I cannot believe this business can even think they can pass something completely different to what one orders on line I received a coat paper thin cheap felt material instead of what they say premium wool coat different color different style im in shock how are these ppl in business still they are disgustingly false business ppl
