COMPLETE SCAM!
I lost all of my clothes and shoes in a fire and needed to replace them asap, so when I saw their clothes and prices I ordered over $800 in merch. It took almost 3 months for everything to arrive, many items didn't fit. When I communicated work them they gave me return/refund instructions to ship items back to CHINA!
SO I SPENT $200 ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING in hopes to get a $400 refund. They refused the package and now I'm out the additional postage as well.

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The clothing I received was not as advertised, and the fit was completely wrong. The quality of the fabric is very poor and does not match what is shown on the website.

I contacted customer service and received one initial response asking about the issue. After I replied with the details, they never responded again. There was no way to process a return or obtain a refund.

Very unprofessional service and unacceptable product quality. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Do not buy from this place. Customer service is horrible. They lie. They make returns impossible. They don’t answer emails. They ignore you. Thieves. They string you along untill it’s too late to return your item. Liars, typical Chinese scammers.

I, too, fell for this scam. Thought I was ordering a really cute sweater for $60 and then got a "picture" of a sweater on some polyester blend. Emailed regarding a refund and turns out that it costs more to send it back to CHINA not Boston than I paid for it.Shame on me for not checking reviews first.

All the reviews I’ve read about this company are five stars, but I believe they’re fake. It doesn’t seem genuine because I know another person who tried to contact them and faced similar issues. They didn’t provide refunds or exchanges; they simply ignore everyone who requests them.My Emails also ignored and I can’t get my money back. 😡

Read the bait and switch review. Website story about owners closing and retiring is BS. After a ridiculous weeks long email chain to return my just received crap merchandise (Cork soles on shoes are FAKE cork tape on plastic? Shoe soles are thickness of a penny…)I ended up contacting my credit card company. The charges were reversed. I wouldn’t even donate these shoes to a homeless person they’d be better shoed in bare feet!

I fell for it and totally know better. The Edith and Luna loafers were cute on the ad, but just cheap material that are NOT orthopedic and won't last. The Casia shirt looked like linen and the description said cotton and linen, but just thin polyester - no linen. Cheap crap made in China and shipped from China (not Boston) if you try to return anything, you have to return it to China and pay more than you paid to purchase it to ship it. Don't fall for it

I just want to say that the customer service with this company is amazing. They were so patient with me due to me working out of town and unable to communicate with them in a timely manner. I absolutely love my 👛 purse!!! There is plenty of room and it looks amazing. Thank you so much for your kindness. Happy New Year!!

This company is in the business of consumer fraud. I ordered several items for a resort vacation based on the pictures and descriptions of the “high end” “elegant and sophisticated” style and quality items. After a very long shipping process, almost a month, the items arrived and they were in NO WAY close to what I ordered as far as quality. A few items were not even wearable and the shoes were made of vinyl and foam. The quality is extremely poor. The “linen” outfit was some sort of synthetic, scratchy substance. Needless to say, I didn’t take the items on vacation or wear them.
So far my refund has been denied. Do not buy from this fraudulent company. AI reports Emma and Jack Boston as a fake company with numerous complaints through the BBB. Save yourself disappointed, frustration and MONEY!

Oh wow, I wish I would have read the reviews here before becoming another victim of this scam company. The gorgeous flowing dress in the photo appears to be quality linen or linen/cotton blend. However, what I received is about a soft and flowy as a cheap stiff shower curtain. 100 percent synthetic, fake fabric. It’s such a scam. The dress was $65, marked down from $150. So they won’t accept returns on “sale” items. Guess what? All of their merchandise are “sale items”. They must be getting filthy rich, selling this useless crap to unsuspecting shoppers. This is the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had!

Hard NO! Same as otheres: waited forever for product, product was 1-2 sizes too large. Made me jump through hoops for a return. Got the return instructions & DHL quote is close to USD$500 for a pair of redicuslouly large, $80 pair of shoes that is no way could I wear. I don't want a credit, I want a refund!

Fake website from China. Do not buy from them! Products are not what are posted on the site.

BEWARE. Emma and Jack Boston is really Emma and Jack HONG KONG! Their "30 day return" policy is really "30 day return to Asia!"...which you have to pay for...which costs more than the purchase price of your items!
They did offer to credit 15% of the item's cost and you can keep and donate the item..which doesn't fit. So I'm out 85% of my purchase price.

I ordered a pair of boots that looks so nice on their website and a dress on Nov. 29,2025 but what I received is totally different. The boots are so cheap looking more of a plastic look the toe had dent in it also the heel was totally different. The dress is thin and looks different than the one on the website. I contacted the customer service through email. They told me to send them pictures to show them what I was talking about. After sending in the pictures of what I received along with the pictures from their website they had the audacity to tell me it was the same thing as if I’m a fool! You have to blind to not see that these boots and dress does not look like the pictures on the website. I also told them that I’m very dissatisfied with the items I received and would like a refund. They kept kicking the can down the road not sending me a return label that I requested, they said that I can exchange it for something else. Are you kidding me? I don’t want anything from this company but my money back. This is a scam company don’t waste your hard earned money on this mess! Poor quality and it’s not worth the prices they charge.

Do not trust Emma and Jack Boston. Ships from China and not quality at all!!!

I ordered the Isabella black boots which are beautifully depicted in the advertisement. What I received was far from the boots. They are made of the worst flimsy material, the sole is cheap, and the shoe laces are rubber bands material. I asked for a refund and they asked for pictures of the boots. I sent them the pics and they said it is indeed the same boots I ordered and offered an exchange but I would have to pay for the shipping on the exchanged item. What a crock.
I asked them for a refund and the response was to send the boots back first but did not provide a return label or package. I have yet to hear from them.
I will NEVER order from this place again. Please do your research first!

I had to return an item And they offered a replacement for same item o different item since the price to ship back to them was about the same amount as the original item. They are willing to work with you guys.
