Undelivered goods
I have, unfortunately, not received my three Emma Bridgewater goods because of ‘the incompetence’ of Evri who did not deliver your parcel. You are now offering to reimburse my money, for which I’m very grateful, but my goods, worth over £50, are missing somewhere in the country and you will never receive payment for them. How many other customers does this also happen to so how much money are you continually losing through no fault of yours? After three weeks, I still don’t have my wanted items and, unfortunately, I reluctantly can’t take the risk of purchasing from you again so PLEASE PLEASE change your delivery provider to one who actually delivers your goods so that your customers can actually enjoy having your products within their homes.
