Incomplete delivery
I received one box with 3 items, but am still missing the other 6 or so items. Customer service has been responsive in trying to solve the problem.
But the thing I find frustrating is that the shipment was divided into two packages, but my order on the website only reflects one. I still don’t know what’s in the second box, I have no tracking number for a second box, so I have no way to know whether all the missing items are even in that second box.
If you divide an order into separate packages that should be reflected on the website so a customer can know what’s happening.

I just received only one paket of two, and many objets brokens, because of very bad packaging:

1 vegetable garden artichoke médium pasta bowl
1 blue iris 1/2 pint mug
I have pictures about all.
And I didnt received 2 vegetable garden tomatoes médium oval platter and 2 cards: strawberries and wildflowers

Customer service was excellent in dealing with the issue of my parcel being delivered by Evri to the wrong address . I would have given more stars but I'm now put off ordering anything due to not getting the items . Replacement order was not possible due to items then being put of stock . Although got a refund quickly . Very disappointed I could not get the items I wanted after all

They offer so much choice, and I have often purchased from the 'seconds' range for myself, as the flaws are so minimal. They process your order promptly and delivery is usually within a few days.

So quick! So well-packed! But I keep seeing lovely things and convince myself I’m buying as a present to give away to other people, but I seem to have kept them for myself! Particularly I love the small brick with the violets painted on. That always was intended for me!
