Emirates Vacations Arvostelua 

Emirates is my favorite airline but this is our first signing up with Emirates Vacations for a family trip (to Dubai). From start to finish, the whole experience was impeccable....assistance with booking flights and choice of hotel, in-flight experience, receival at destination airport and ride to/from hotel...everything was handled very professional, courteous and on-time. With so many destination packages available, I'm looking forward to our next family trip with Emirates Vacations!

This is my first time booking my vacation through Emirates. First of all the flight through Emirates airline was phenomenal everyone was pleasant and they feed us like king and queen. Our stay in Dubai was absolutely amazing. The hotel we stayed was cleaned and beautiful. The breakfast layout change every day and the spread is like nothing I’ve ever seen and everything was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Emirates Vacations. The only issue is which wasn’t a big deal to us that the booking wasn’t under our name and we had our voucher and everything. It took the hotel representative a bit to find our reservation. I will definitely book a vacation again with Emirates Vacation.

This was my first time traveling through Emirates vacation package to Dubai I had a great time. I will definitely do it again. I felt safe and they have a. excellent service, a big shout out for the pilot. Excellent service.

This was our second Emirates Vacation Package! We enjoyed it so much the first time that we came back a second time and hopefully a third ...
The original flight was canceled but they did reorganize our whole schedule and all went smoothly. However, if you have any changes they do need a mininum of 2 days in order to make them. That is the only incovenience that they cannot change anything at the last minute.

Our vacation was awesome from beginning to end. My husband and I took a vacation to celebrate our anniversary and my 40th bday in Zanzibar east Africa. Emirates vacation package was a great deal that we couldn’t pass up. The hotel was 5 star and emirates airlines had a impeccable customer service. The food was good, they offered top shelf spirits and it was an overall great experience flying with emirates. Their partner airline Air Dubai was not so pleasant but it was better than some American air lines that we have flown. Our flight roudtrip flight from JFK to Zanzibar and Zanzibar to JFK was canceled days before we were scheduled to depart so we had to contact emirates customer service to schedule another flight, which was an inconvenience however, they managed to book us a flight for the next day of our original booking which was 9/13 instead of 9/12, with a 12 hour layover on the return flight in Dubai. We weren’t to happy about the 12 hour layover but emirates provided us with accommodations at a motel. The motel was not great, the room actually smelled like mildew and I couldn’t sleep, I actually had to sit in the lobby but it was complimentary and we were grateful. Also we paid the extra cost for a luxury transportation to and from the airport in Zanzibar but the transportation was far from luxury. Nonetheless our vacation was awesome and we will definitely be booking with emirates again in the near future.

This was the best airline I have ever flew from the staff to the food I will definitely be flying with then again

My husband and I booked a 5 day package with Emirate Vacation last December (2021). Their service was excellent! The hotel we stayed in was a wonderful 5 star hotel with a 5 star complimentary breakfast! The breakfast was amazing, never had such a spread before. My entire family( our children, their spouses and children) are planning another trip this December. I highly recommend them for your next holiday.

My fiance and I booked through Emirates Vacations for our honeymoon to Maldives, and we were so impressed with their customer service, organization, and prices. Our flights and hotel experience were amazing - everyone we were in contact with went above and beyond for us! We even had Emirates Vacation representatives waiting for us to guide us through the airports as we landed in both Dubai and Male. We would definitely use Emirates Vacations in the future!

Being unmindful of passengers sitting on economy plus (50A/B/C) on A380-800 JFK to DXB last 24Jul22 is kind of disrespectful especially when they are asleep. I am referring to storage bins close to these seats being used for meal cart items. Flight crew made too much noise taking items in and out of those bins that causes distraction and disturbance to passengers like us. Hoping this unfortunate experience will be corrected as we paid extra just to have a long comfortable flight. Other than that everything went fine that is why I still gave a 5-star rating.

Orlando to Dubai nonstop both flights were on time, smooth and easy, even for the 14 hours each way

Really enjoyed the flight...very smooth....staff courteous and friendly. customer service excellent...I would recommend Emirates ...

The best flights I have used so far. The plane is very big and spacious. My kids did not feel the 13 hours straight journey. The staffs were very respectful. The entertainment system A+. Food wonderful.

I had an amazing flight experience. Great customer service. The flight attendants were caring and attentive and looked amazing in the wonderful uniform. … very sophisticated.
I loved it…. I wish i would have been able to take a picture with one of the air hostesses but i did not want to impose… i was also too shy to ask!

Kudos, to the skilled pilots who got us safely to Dubai and return to Toronto… i appreciate them! On arrival to Dubai i was met by a emirates associate who assisted me through customs , the airport transfer to hotel to the check in process in Toronto as well in Dubai was hassle free. A very postive experience all around

I used Emirates Vacations to book travel to Bali …..the prices was amazing …customer service was a bit mixed
The airport staff needs a little more training because you get mixed messages then you are brushed off if you ask for more information (JFK)
Inflight experience was good exceptional on all legs of the vacation ….the hotel used on this vacation ….customer service went over and beyond….overall I will definitely use Emirates Vacations in the future ….I will not let the JFK team damage my views.
Sometimes the wait time to speak to an agent was extremely long but the customer service once you speak to someone was exceptional.
Email response sometimes was also a bit long and inconsistent

The vacation package was excellent and very well organized. However, making any changes to your reservation is extremely difficult. I even had trouble paying for the remaining balance of the package and had to wait a long time on the phone. Still I think it was worth the price.

The team is extremely responsive and helpful, and I fully trust their recommendations.

Be aware from this company, emirates vacation is different than emirates airlines.
Never book with them.
They are very unprofessional and never honest.

I’m still waiting for $4382 that they charged me on February 27th because they overbook my return flight and they couldn’t get me on the flight because of their unprofessional mistakes and the unprofessional people.
And it’s impossible to speak to representative.

Below is the email that I received from them on March 2nd The agent promised to credit me within a week .
Today is April 4th and still nothing

Flying Emirates was one of the greatest experiences I have had on a flight. I wouldn’t hesitate to fly with them again. The food, service, flight accommodations and entertainment were top tier. It made the 12 hour flight a breeze.

Emirates vacation is amazing. I had a great time on my trip. They're very professional & kept u up-to-date on every detail from start to finish. The flight was on time & smooth sailing. The workers waiting for u at arrival to direct u was very friendly & helpful. The transport service was good. I have only good things to say. This is not my first vacation with them & it wouldn't be my last. I also recommend them to everyone.
