Bad material, nothing like the picture as shown. When I mentioned returning my item I didn’t get a return slip or anything about full refund. Instead everything has suddenly gone quiet and emails have stopped. Definitely do not use.

They pretend they have a shop in Australia, which they don't. Everything is drop shipped from China, which they don't mention on their website. Orders take in an inordinate amount of time to come in. They also lied about their trust pilot rating which reflects 4.8 on the website, but obviously that's not true. Customer service is not good. They don't answer the phone. All you can do is leave a message.

SCAM WEBSITE! AVOID! I fell for this website whilst distracted shopping on my phone. Looking properly, it’s very clearly an AI image scam website. Luckily my bank (credit card) supported me in a full refund.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! AVOID!! Terrible quality product - ghastly quality fabric, and dress about 5” shorter than shown in photos. really cheap looking. When ordering, the site said they accepted returns at buyer’s expense but you had to ask first for a return label. I requested a return label multiple times and then they responded that they don’t do returns. This is a complete scam. AVOID!!!

How can you be constructive about a SCAM company . Do not order from them or be prepared for a tedious conversation when trying to return a rubbish item

Dishonest advertising about returns. These are published as easy and full. They are neither. If you do manage to get a returns label for which you have to apply, then you are warned about over the top postage and carriage to abroad. Then fifteen percent of the value is offered only as a refund. They say most accept including myself. The blouse was small in the sleeve and not of the quality you would expect for the price. Yes, I join all the others, AVOID!

Wished I had looked at reviews before buying, arrived late quality of material disgusting a rip off and after umpteen emails that all came back, so no return or money back. DO NOT ORDER ON THIS SITE !!!!!!!!

Disgraceful quality - the returns email bounced back as undeliverable. A complete scam. DO NOT BUY from them.

AVOID!!!!! awful quality, dispatch time was shocking, I asked to cancel as it took to long to send-contrary to their website timelines, when the dress had not been dispatched yet,they ignored me, about to brace myself to try and return this item, wish me luck! I wished I had read the reviews before ordering.

I tried reaching out to the company to return the dress I had ordered. They wanted pictures to see what the problem was. There were no reasons to take pictures, The dress was fine but was way too large and looked nothing like it did online. I just wanted to return it but they are making it so difficult that I am afraid I will be out the money and stuck with a dress I do not want.

Same problems others are reporting here. My order took a long time to arrive, much longer than they originally stated, they kept pushing the delivery date back (I discovered the items were coming from China! This was never stated during the order process). I emailed Emilia Rose today and the company email for returns does not work! I phoned them and that goes direct to voicemail. I will not be using this company again!!!

purchased a dress online. it is nothing like the photo. i have been trying to return the goods but am only getting an automated reply. very unhappy .

Do not order from this company. I ordered a dress for my hens party and it arrived and it wasn't the right fit or quite what I wanted. As per their website I followed the return steps and contacted the for a returns label. They then replied saying no and to send them pictures of how it doesn't fit and they will send a different size, at the extra cost of $34!! After what feels like 100 emails back and forth I am still just trying to get a returns label to send back. Which is what they themselves say they offer! Complete scam. DO NOT ORDER.

Unfortunately, I too, have had the misfortune of reading the reviews too late! I ordered two items from this company. The quality was horrible and a complete joke on both pieces. So much so, that based on the quality (or lack thereof) alone, I decided to immediately send back - and not even try on!

However, it was like pulling teeth to finally get them to send me a return address. They kept offering me discounts for a ‘next purchase’ (in lieu of emailing me a return address). It got to the point that I was so disgusted with the back and forth that I felt that I could not even trust them to say that they received my returned items in order to issue me a refund. Not to mention my shipping fees to Australia would be too costly to be worthwhile.

This scamming company knows exactly how to scam and will just wear you out!

So, save yourself the headache and just stay as far away from them as possible - A COMPLETE SCAM!!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! If I could give zero star I would. Byemiliarose website & company are a scam. Ordered a dress for my mother. When it arrived it's terrible quality, wrong length, design, colour. No labels in collar from the "designer". Order arrived from China NOT The Netherlands. Company keeps delaying sending return form so after a week got refund form PayPal.

Do not order from this place. Sizing is way off. Quality is poor. Return policy even worse. Says returns no questions asks however they won’t return for size issues. And expect you to pay close to $100 for the return ship to China. Definitely don’t fall for it like I did

Now I see emeliarose and “emeryrose” and SHEIN companies. Probably will change name again so watch out and skip

I would have given zero stars if i could. I bought 3 linen tops. They took ages to arrive. They are not linen, im not even sure they are cotton. The shape is nothing like the picture. The colours look nothing like the picture. Id like to return them. The website says to email for a returns form. Ive done so, twice. They are ignoring me. Wish id read these reviews first. Basically a scam.

DO NOT BUY from this company. Complete scammers. Added insurance you didn't ask for to the tune of £7.50. Quality rubbish, thin, nylon like material, satin blouse nothing like on line. Arrived eventually, crumpled, no cuff and button as shown in picture. Not fit for purchase. Online description is misleading and not true. Trying to get refund is impossible. Ask you to pay for returns to USA which would cost more than the ridiculous refund they are offering. The only place for these blouses are the bin. Returns information comes from their so called Resolutions Centre which has no person's name, and they have the audacity to quote how much hassle it would be to receive a refund going through Chargeback and how the quickest resolution is to accept their offer. Unbelievable. I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. This company is a con.

Unfortunately, I've read the reviews too late, and had the same experience as everyone else. It's an absolute rip off. I ordered a dress,pictures looked lovely, unfortunately, it didn't fit and wasn't the material expected. I was asked to provide photos and video footage As if that would make any difference when they're only going to offer you a 10% refund and keep a dress that doesn't fit. They said the costs involved in returning would probably exceed the cost of the dress, so most people agree. This must be hugely profitable for this company. Please don't order from this company.

The company Emilia Rose uses AI generated images on many different sites and for different companies.
It appears that it is an Australian company run by a mother and daughter complete with back story. The items are sold in australian dollars. The company is actually registered in the Netherlands. The products are made and shipped from China.
Although they state that refunds will be given they say that you have to contact them to get a label. Then the push back starts. I explained that under consumer protection for online purchases I have a 30 day cooling off period when I can change my mind. In addition to that I told them the quality was poor and not as expected and the finish was poor. The fit was bad for me. I did not like it and the product was misrepresented. They asked me to take measurements of the product and send a video. I did send a video. Then they said that I could send it back and get an exchange but they required a further $98 dollars! Then they offered an exchange which of course I refused because the overall size wouldn't help. It was too big on the shoulders and too tight on the bust. They then offered for me to keep the dress and they would refund half the amount.I contacted paypal and they gave me another e mail resolution for the company. I informed Emilia Rose I was escalating the case. They then sent me a return address at my own expense and a form to fill out and to get documentation proof and photographs and tracking number etc and to make it as difficult as possible. I am sure so many people give up at this stage. I checked the address of the return it goes to a seedy area of Hollywood in California where the dresses are recycled or disposed of. You can imagine that these dresses are made in sweatshops in China so not worth at all what they are advertised for. DO NOT BUY AND LET EVERYONE KNOW! will let you know if I get a refund. My time and trouble and anxiety and cost of the return will not be replaced.
