First Keith comes gives you a honest price for your bussiness to sell it not just to have it in the office for months then Ann comes on board with very honest feed back of veiwings and offers

EM&F Group sold my Post Office for me when I was beginning to believe that it couldn't be sold.
The current team organised many viewers over a period of 18 months and were very diligent in chasing them up for offers afterwards. I was initially signed up with someone else but they retired so David took over from them. He was very helpful in explaining things to me when I didn't know what it meant. I have never met him due to Covid but he is a nice and friendly and helpful man. In the end I ended up selling to a developer. He guided me through every step of the process. Thank you. I personally think the fees are a little high though.
