Emerald Cruises UK Arvostelua 

It’s quite a small boat therefore number of passengers are quite less.All the staff starting from cruise director to waiting staff and the reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our chef was also approachable and friendly as we few passengers being vegetarian/vegan.
The number of excursions planned were just right so we had enough time to relax on the boat too.

Great crew food and drinks superb

We had a fantastic holiday on the Emerald luxury yacht Kaia. We cruised from Venice down the Croatian coast which was absolutely stunning. Croatia was beautiful, clean and friendly.
The yacht was fabulous. Our yacht suite exceeded our expectations, Micheal looked after us extremely well. We felt very pampered. The service everywhere was first class. The food was delicious. We would recommend this holiday without hesitation. We will definitely be back!

First river cruise would do another one excursions every stop helpful staff

Good crew, good food, comfortable ship.

The ship was bright and modern, the cabin and servicing excellent. Not so happy with the bar and restaurant service, the people were great, just not enough of them. The noise created by all the passengers (mainly North American) in the dining room was so loud it was hard to converse at times. I am not the only one with this problem, it was widely commented on. More soft furnishings might help.
I would not book another Emerald cruise because the excursions were inadequate. We wanted to pay for extra excursions as listed in the brochure but they did not run, leaving us disappointed. This is in comparison with sister company Scenic. I was surprised how much better our Scenic cruises have been.

Superb from start to finish. So much so have just booked another cruise on the Kaia in November. Cant think of a better way to celebrate our diamond wedding anniversary

It was a brand new ship with all the new mod cons which to a large extent were great. The staff and their service was wonderful and we could not ask for more. Will be sailing again next year.

The cruise was excellent. Our only disappointment was being left at Frankfurt airport without a clue on what to do. It was a very busy airport and as inexperienced travellers we found the whole baggage, security, etc rather stressful. A bit more support would have been appreciated.

Everything was excellent! The trips were well organised, interesting and enjoyable. Our cabin was very comfortable and the ship’s facilities were great. Food was amazing and the staff were fabulous.
We had no complaints!

The yacht, food and crew were absolutely first class which made for an excellent holiday which we much enjoyed. It was disappointing to have our itinerary curtailed and at the end of the cruise we ended up pretty much on the yacht for the last 48 hours. We felt there should have been more included trips but my wife’s major complaint was the shortage of gluten free bread.

Good itinerary. Lovely food. Good company. Very comfortable cabin. Great weather.
Possible improvements? More individual info about ports of call especially around tie-up points, to avoid constant early rises and herding in coaches, i.e. more adult choices. Rather regimented - good for staff and safety, not so good for passengers. All in all a memorable trip I'd repeat - if I could afford it!

I have recently returned from an 8 day Danube Cruise on the Emerald Star. It was superb from the get go. Fantastic organisation, the accessible room on the boat was super, the excursions are brilliant and tailored for abilities. The food, drink and staff were all amazing. Would recommend to anyone old and young. It's the 2nd Cruise me and my elderly disabled Mum have been on with them.

Cannot fault anything. Food ,drink ,service and cleanliness was very good except for our flight home. Our transport to Zurich left the ship at 8.30 but our flight to Manchester was after 17.30, this meant this left us 8 hours to kill after the 1 hour transport time.This was on a day when temperatures hit 38 deg c. Not good for 80 year olds to be left so long.
