Emenac Travel Arvostelua

Hi, it's me, Babar, again. I think it's my 4th review that I'm doing in a span of 3 months . My tickets got no show for us reaching late to the airport.I needed the next ticket's urgently.Once-over again it was only Peter who could help us he got us a ticket which was reasonably ok apart from the long journey from Pakistan to Dubai then UK. Thank You Peter once again will be using your services in the future again 👍

It started badly because I thought I was buying our tickets from BA and it turned out that I was dealing with a travel agent and not BA, whom I had just finished giving all my card details. Had I just been scammed? I was in a panic.
Horrified I rang BA immediately who assured me that it was their tickets that I was being sold. Throughout this panic Emenac (my agent was Yahya) politely kept reassuring me that they were a genuine agents of BA.
Yahya dealt with our bookings courteously and efficiently. In fact the whole team was very professional and courteous as I had occasion of ringing several times. In this age where every thing is online and automated it was very good to be served by a respondsive human.
Excellent company, thank you Yahya.

I wish to thank Ian of by

This is the best customer service I have ever experienced. The agent Hussain was professional patient and friendly. He was able to assist with a few problems and was completely patient and able to resolve any issues.I would always book with him again and strongly recommend him to anyone booking a holiday. He is a true star and good asset to his company.

I telephoned BA to inquire about flight booking to a Caribbean island. The call took me to Mr Husnain who answered politely. He administered exceptionally good customer service, never before had I found someone soo patience, helpful, and considerate to one's need. He listened carefully, answered my queries with ease until I was satisfied with the result and booked the flight. He showed no annoyance whatever considering the length of time it took. I will definitely use this service in the future and recommend to family and friends
