All in all everything was great.
The first one was broken, got a hold of the company and they had another one on the way. The second one was broken and again they sent a third one!!! Third time is a charm and was!!!
They also sent a free gift for the trouble!!! A beautiful butterfly and branch wall hanging. Wife's trying to decide where to hang. We were satisfied with the third attempt and very happy with the purchase!!!
Thanks again, we will be back and will tell others. Kudos to the customer service department!!!

This is the second piece I bought from Elyseart. Unfortunately it arrived broken in two places. I contacted the company and received a beautiful replacement in just a matter of days. I love both pieces.

The piece I ordered is absolutely beautiful. I had accidentally dropped it and it broke in half. I was heartbroken but the excellent customer service I received took care of it by replacing it. I was very impressed with this company that I ordered another piece of wall art that my granddaughter fell in love with.

Beautiful. But assemble nail or tape is not included

The art piece arrived broken in two pieces. Love the design but it was very fragile. We ended up putting it up on the wall anyway because I feel if I order another one I may end up with the same result. I would recommend ordering a different design.

My art work arrived as the mirror image of what was represented and ordered. I thought you were going to replace it but as of yet it has not arrived and it appeared in your correspondence that you were charging me for the second as well as the first

The wall hanging is not flat. It feels like plastic not metal. It's ok.

The art I ordered looked exactly like the photo of it online, and the packaging for delivery was excellent.

The artwork that I order arrived damaged. I was able to contact a representative, and the issue was quickly addressed. In spite of what occurred, I will probably do business with Elyseart in the future.

These products are very well made, exactly what you see on their website. I just placed my 3rd order. I use the heavy duty double-sided tape that they recommend, it makes it so easy to put up on the wall. (I have light-weight art installed) The people there are so easy to work with. I highly recommend this company and their beautiful artwork.
