Terrible product, tried to get a refund, sent back the product at my expense and now no communication and email bounces back. AVOID.

I received the sleep buds in Oct25 and they were very flimsy and did NOT function as advertised. I requested my money back and, to get a full refund, you have to ship back to CHINA at your expense. I did this and they confirmed the receipt. However, NO REFUND HAS BEEN MADE. Also, the email address in the website is no longer valid and no reply from the on line portal, therefore, you can not contact the company in any way. Please stay away from this scam!!

Run for the Hills they're not trustworthy. They're a terrible company and they are not into helping satisfy a customer concern or providing any sort of refund.

All their advertising is false and misleading

It is a total scam. My 3 month old order JTHQ830000023806 of multiple products never arrived. All they keep on telling me “it’s on its way”

Do not buy from them! It is a scam! What they are selling is not what’s advertised. The product looks to also be sold on Temu/Shein/TikTok Shop at a cheaper price.

I bought in October 25 and realised it was not the item I was after. I got in contact with the company to try and return for a full refund and they at first offered me 25% partial refund then 50% then eventually after a painful back and forth process offered 100% but i would have to return the product.

I have now paid to return the product (Dec 25) and the email I have been using to speak to them is now no longer in service (Jan 26).

Please do not purchase, save your money!

Awful! Buds randomly produce loud noises as you're trying to sleep and lose Bluetooth connection. Tried to get refund. They agreed to 100% refund (after I rejected their 15% refund offer) and dragged feet for months. Now they have stopped responding. I never did get refund. Scam!

This company is a scam. I ordered from them in October and they claimed to have tried to deliver to me but then couldn’t find out where the product had gone. Eventually I asked them for a refund which they promised to make but which never came, and now emails sent to their support address support at elyrasleep dot com bounce back. I should have read the reviews before I wasted my money being scammed by these crooks

Ordered before discovering it is a scam - cheap headphones masquerading as a miracle noise-cancelling solution. Read that if I opened them, they could not be returned. Tried to cancel the order but Elyra told me that I could not and had to wait for them to arrive. When they arrived, I contacted Elyra and then offered me £15 and said to keep them. I refused and wanted the full refund. They eventually sent me an address in China. Posted them at my expense. For over a month, they have been stuck in customs in China. Just tried to contact Elyra and their support email no longer exists.

This company is a nightmare. False claims made by Bose I paid £50 for two pairs and they are cheap imitations. I immediately realised after seeing the real reviews and not the false ones that they show on Facebook I asked for cancellation of the order literally minutes after placing it you’d have thought that would be straightforward to cancel but it took them 12 hours to respond for which conveniently they’d already been dispatched when I received the headphones I realised it was gonna cost me a fortune to return them so I said to them I will keep them for 50% off that’s two pairs for £25 which to be honest is probably about what they’re worth if that , they agreed (eventually ) that was back in October. I still haven’t had the £25 back every time I message them. They tell me there’s a problem with their system and it will be sent in the next 10 days. I don’t think I’m ever gonna get the money. I’m now chasing with my bank.

Je vois que je ne suis pas la seule à tres mal noter ce site qui n’envoie pas les produits achetés et qui me rembourse pas non plus. Je leur ai écrit 2x et depuis mes mails reviennent sous prétexte que l’adresse ne correspond à rien. Totale arnaque!!!

Can someone suggest how to get money back?

I would have given a 0 star rating. Bought these and they were awful!! I have returned them and had email correspondence with them. It's over a month now since they received them back and now the email address isn't working. Getting a bounce back. CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH - DO NOT BUY THESE¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These Elyrasleep buds are not as advertised. Hard plastic impossible to sleep with.
I’ve been trying to get a refund for two months.
Apparently they’re waiting for Chinese customs.
Very disappointing service.
Customer service are useless and only communicate through basic email auto responses. Often in german (which I don’t speak).
Total waste of money.

Shockingly poor quality and terrible customer service.

I’m mistakenly bought from this site rather than the Nora Snooze pod pros. After a couple of uses both pairs (2 for 1 deal) were either making high pitch squealing noises or randomly turning themselves off after a few minutes of use.

Customer service wise, firstly they ask me for photos of the damage (???) and the next email advised I can return them at my own expense which they advised in their third email would cost more than the purchase and then offered me a 15% refund ($15).

Stay away from this company!

Cheap and ineffective product. Dreadful customer service. Advised to post the product back to China and a refund would follow- it never did, despite repeated e mails.

Similar experiences as others here (I too wish I’d seen this site before ordering) - poor quality extremely uncomfortable product, nightmare returns process, misleading advertising regarding “no questions asked returns” and “30-100 day sleep trials”. When a return was requested they told me it would be on my dime to China and that “it’s bad for the environment”. They emailed me for several weeks afterward (with no information about the return) offering insultingly low refund amounts to keep the unusable item. Finally I initiated a chargeback and they had the nerve to send me another email asking me to close the chargeback. Nope. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Extremely disappointed. It has now been well over a month since I placed my order in the Black Friday Sale - which they are still advertising on their website (a 2 for one deal) and I am yet to receive my order. My advice in DO NOT PURCHASE from Elyra Sleep!

Haven't received product or received refund. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Went to purchase on a buy one get one free basis and they only sent one pair. When I complained they said I didn't purchase a "second" for the buy one get one offer to go through.

Just disgusting.

Nightmare customer service. Ordered mid November and still waiting for them to arrive and just keep being fobbed off with still in transit. Have asked for a refund but they just skirt around answering or agreeing to refund me. I ordered a bag coming from same country 2 weeks after this and this was delivered this week! I will be trying to get money back via card company instead. Totally rubbish!!!
