Pretty good. I tried some of their ground Labrador in a burger the other day, sautéed in olive oil, on a pretzel bun, and it was surprisingly good. It has a more gamey taste, so I’d say it’s special in its own way. The one thing I’d improve is to lower the prices a little more so it’s more affordable.

I honestly wouldn't go to another dog meat supplier after trying Ellwoods Farm. They really know how to raise and care for the dogs which show in the taste. Our family favourite is the pug butt cheeks, sooo juicy and tender especially when slow crooked. Don't hestate to order if you truly want dog meat with sustainable farming methods alongside supporting an ethical business. Great job guys!

Amazing experience on the farm. I got to see how these dogs live, die, and become our meals on our plates. I am so grateful for this experience and am so proud to buy from a local dog farmer. Some people say it's sick, but there is nothing wrong with eating a dog bred for food as long as you are respectful.

Five stars! It’s so refreshing to find a small family farm that truly respects its animals. You can tell these dogs are loved right up until harvest. Plenty of fresh air, belly rubs, room to roam, and only one bad day!

The Pug Bacon is wonderfully smoky, the Beagle Stroganoff practically melts in your mouth, and the free-range Labrador steaks have such a rich flavor you simply don’t get from factory-farmed dogs. I also appreciate knowing that every animal is humanely slaughtered and nothing goes to waste.

Some people get strangely emotional when they hear that dogs are killed for food, but I think they need to understand where food comes from. These animals were bred for this purpose, and if we didn’t eat them they wouldn’t even exist.

They have some of, if not the best dog meat I’ve ever had the pleasure of trying. The ordering process was very easy and the customer service was great. They are very humane with their animals and you can tell! 10/10 would recommend

Always fresh and tasty. Only unfortunate experience was a slight patch of Dalmatian fur on one shank. My little girl started crying and said mummy is this dog, I laughed and said, it’s ok darling it’s farmed dog. The farmers love them and look after them very well. My daughter who isn’t the brightest said but if that’s true mummy why would they kill them and cut them into pieces. Bless her, I’ve said the dogs have the best life first but she won’t stop crying. Anyway, just ordered the cockapoodle hog roast, we’re celebrating with a whole dog as it’s a special occasion.

This is the best company for fresh meat. The service is great and when I've had a question, they get back to me within a day. I've had the pleasure to go on the farm and all of the animals live happy lives. It's only one bad day for the dogs. When they go to the slaughterhouse, so why does it matter? The dogs were treated respectfully by a local family farm. Buy local, humane slaughtered, happy, free range and organic dogs.

The prices are really good, free shipping was nice, and they even gave me free stickers with my order. My only complaint though is all 20 of my Labrador steaks were super fatty and chewy. I thought they would be much more tender. I’m hoping I just got a bad batch and my next order will be better because I loved the taste.

I was looking for an ethical way of consuming meat similar to pork and Elwood finally provided one. Dogs are not as intelligent as pigs and their meat is not classified as a carcinogen. When visiting the family-run farm, I could see that they truly love their meat dogs and that the slaughter is done humanely. Big satirical recommendation!
