Awful
Returned a £125 tracksuit in December ignored all of my emails and Instagram messages regarding my refund
Uploaded the tracking information still nothing, had to claim money back from my bank!
Yet today I have an message from my bank saying they are disputing this,
Nothing but crooks

Ordered on 13/01/26 and have received no update since, I have sent 2 emails asking for an update without a reply, I will be requesting a refund through my bank, avoid avoid avoid

Scam website, sent them £150 for some shorts and shirts. Never received the merchandise and they have ignored all my emails. Save your money, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

Have waited a month for delivery - no tracking updates or reply. Order of £340.

Will not use this site again.

SCAM. Not responding to my emails or messages, I am waiting for my exchange or refund. I have spent £280 with you and this is really really unprofessional. I am so upset it was for a Christmas present.

I ordered my son a tracksuit for Xmas £153..The bottoms of the tracksuit were clearly labelled wrong,I ordered a small and they were more like a large size.I emailed a cpl of days after Christmas and a guy called Dan came back to me a few days later very nice and offering me a refund,sent me a returns label.they received the return on 8/1/26 and are ignoring my emails ever since.I am so upset about it as the tracksuit was my son's Xmas present.I never even thought to look and read reviews about this store as my son picked the tracksuit.Its weird that the clothing is bought from ELVT but all correspondence is with drip supply.. AVOID ELVT and DRIP SUPPLY at all costs..

Ordered a set of 3 items for my partner for Christmas, 1 item was too small. Emailed to ask if I could exchange or refund which this was accepted. Sent the item back with a note requesting an exchange as requested, they received it on the 12th January and I have not heard anything back since, I have emailed twice but no response. Will be taking this further

I ordered a £100 3 piece set for my boyfriend for Christmas and it didn't fit, I have sent 3 emails requesting a returns address and how I return and have heard nothing. I re ordered the set in another size but am now left with one I don't need. terrible service

I SENT PARCEL BACK TO THE ADDRESS THAT I HAD FOR THIS COMPANY AS ITEM WAS TO SMALL ASKED FOR A REFUND THREE WEEKS ON STILL WAITING WONT REPLY TO ANY EMAILS PHONE NUMBER ISNT EVEN WORKING THE TRACK SUIT WAS £180 BUT NOT A PENNY BACK WILL BE GOING FURTHER ABOUT IT AND THIS COMPANY IS RUNNING FROM A HOUSE I HAVE FOUND OUT WHEN YOU GOOGLE MAP IT SO BE VERY CAREFULL ON BUYING FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY (get intouch with citizens advise they will also report it to trading standards) he as no morrals in my eyes shame on you

Really disappointed with the customer service, ordered a package for delivered fine, I wanted to exchange the size so I paid for it to have first class royal mail, had an email saying my package would be delivered in the next few days, no tracking number. It’s been over 2 weeks I’ve sent 4 more emails and had absolutely no response, if the company does not respond to my emails or this review I will take it further.

Mum bought me a tracksuit from here for Christmas its turned up looking nothing like the pictures ( doesn't even match, would not have been purchased if i knew this ) when trying to return had no response email on how to return it and when emailing again still heard nothing as if they want it to go past the date of no return being available ( January 15th) website says respond in 24hours clealry isn't true wouldn’t recommend buying from here

My partner placed an order on the 28th December for next day delivery still haven’t received it. He has emailed twice with no reply back. Not very good company or customer service at all

Don't ever buy from them, I bought a pair of joggers which are too small they won't refund me as I bought them from the sale, SCAM COMPANY. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR SALE AS THEY WONT LET YOU RETURN IT, WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMAPNY AGAIN.
