I ordered a a plush knitted sweater with a highland cow design on it. I received some "plastic" type rubbish material that I would not give as a "funny" gift. Their returns policy is so complicated that I didn't even bother. I put the thing where it belonged, in the rubbish bin.

If I could give 0 stars I would. What a bait and switch. I order a knitted sweater and they sent some cheap crap looking sweatshirt. I was floored to say the least. Requested immediate return and refund and if I don't hear from them I will do a chargeback on my card. Unbelievable. How do I fall for this stuff LOL

I ordered a top from them , it was nothing like what I ordered . It was not the same item or fabric. It look very cheap . Ask for my money back they would not give it to me. Said the top was made in china and it would take to long to get it back they give me 30 percent credit. I was not all all happy.

This company is an absolute scam. If I could have given it 0 stars I would have.
The pictures of the items DO NOT resemble the articles delivered in any way. The material is not as described but synthetic, the style it incorrect as it showed embroidered material but was in fact a bad print. The sizing is awful. The service is awful and you CAN NOT return due to high costs. I would advise no one buys anything from this site.

The clothing is made of cheap synthetic materials, not cotton blend, and the designs are printed, not embroidered.The sizes are too big for the tops or too small for the pants. I spent about $200 worth and they don't want me to return it. After many emails with them they sent me a return address in China and told me I have to pay for the shipping. With today's prices and new tariffs!? They offered me a 20% coupon for the next purchase. I told them I would never buy from them again.

I purchased an Aran Jumper Hoodie with a dragon knitted style in the reverse.what I received was a a cheap printed hoodie. $53. I don't think so. They offered a refund if I sent it back to China. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

I bought three dresses, only one of which bore any resemblance to the dresses on web site.
I returned two dresses with request for refund.
No acknowledgement of receipt of items, in fact no correspondence whatsoever. Be aware, avoid this site!

I would love to see some images of these items. that people are complaining about.

I'm having problems returning items. I've been offered a discount on future orders even though I don't like what I bought this time and will absolutely never buy anything from them again. I'm still waiting, after 10 days for return instructions. The sizes are peculiar and the fabric of the t-shirts felt like nylon with a fuzzy and poorly printed design.20/09/2025

Scammed dress and blouse were rags not even fit to wear

Every item of clothing was not what was described on the web site. Poor quality material, and didnt even look like the pics on the site. Even their “gift” was garbage!
When I contacted them to return all of them, they said how about they give me a discount on the next purchase instead!
It took awhile (weeks) of numerous emails, they finally gave me an address as to where to mail it. They warned because it was in china it would take awhile.
And of course I had to pay for it.
So far usps is $68 to return the items!
Still checking other options to return.

Absolute garbage bait and switch scam. What gets delivered is not remotely what is advertised.

Misleading product image and description. We ordered 3 dresses that were all low resolution pictures printed on costume material. Absolutely garbage quality!

The clothing is HIDEOUS. The sweater that looks woven online arrived and looks like one of those cheap pressed blankets from donation sites. The pants were made of cheap material and swam on me, the sizing was so off. They don't do refunds as in China but offered a 20% discount on my next purchase. What next purchase? Fool me once and already done. WHAT A RACKET.

The dress received was a bad silk screen on a HORRIBLE dress. The cotton linen calendars I have as rags would make a better quality garment. I LITERALLY use better dust rags. Let that sink in a moment.

Very disappointed. The dress looks NOTHING like the picture. The description says fabric print, but the photo has embroidery that does not exist on the real dress. Plus the dress is not 100% cotton anything. It feels like plastic.
