I would put no stars if I possibly could. Do not touch this company.

They do not respond to request to cancel the subscription that they are very quick to implement (before I realised that I had done it.)

The same day I tried to cancel the subscription and the order. This was now about a month ago.
Absolutely no response.
I have sent them about 15 or so Emails and absolutely no response.

On the back of this, there is no way I would trust their product.

Even though I tried to cancel the order on the day I ordered it. They still sent out the aged garlic.

I have emailed them today another three times and I am taking the package straight to the post office for my return. Watch this post.

The garlic capsules are pleasant to take without repeating.Its early days in my consumption of the product but so far so good. The customer service is qick and effective.Seems like a good product I will continue with.

On 12 October 2026 you took 28GBP from sccount without my consent and you havent delivered any thing.Plesse could I have the delivery.You only delivered one sachet for the #E28516 thst I made on 06/09/2026 today the 27th of October.So its either you return my 28GDP back into my account or you sent another satchet or we will be communicating on this platform

Ordering was pretty straight forward and convenient for my dietary needs. I will definitely consider purchasing from them again!

You can not try a one off packet/pouch
In my experience you are automatically agreeing to a subscription which seems you can not cancel or get your money back. I have not had any UK reply to my raised concerns
I have had to ensure any further payment to this company is blocked and have stated my concerns with my bank
Last week I refused a delivery I did not order with the delivery driver of InPost on two consecutive days, it was then delivered/posted through my door on the 3rd day when I was out
I have written 11 emails since September to the UK support team with no reply
The website complaint process is in America and is not joined up with the UK ELVARIM website
Following at least 20 conversation threads and providing my order numbers the advice was contact the support team here in Uk
In my opinion it was a robot replying
A point to note: You do not get any email confirming your order number so make sure you are aware of it
Any concerns you may have, it is extremely likely you will be unheard
A most dreadful experience I would not wish on anyone
There are other companies out there

I wish I had read the feedback before buying. I am still waiting for my order a month after ordering and all I keep getting told is it’s on its way. Caveat emptor! Scam!!

I got signed up for subscription i didn't know about. Struggled to cancel. To top it all package lost in my local sorting office. Ive asked for proof of purchase and address it came from they've fobbed me off saying courier hasn't reported it lost!

Do not get involved with this company. You will regret it if you try to do a return. They don't send any order acknowledgment or an invoice but they question all the details only known to them or are very easy for them to find out. To this date, my husband hasn't received an invoice from them even after repeated requests. They just want to make the return process so complicated so people give up or forget. After all the unnecessary questioning, they say they don't accept returns even though it's stated on their website they would within 30 days and they are legally obliged to. I was finally offered 70% off to keep the products and I agreed.

Do not purchase from Elvarim! They automatically sign you up on a subscription to and it takes you round in circles to get it cancelled.
Also, because they had done this, 1 day after placing my order, which had NOT SHIPPED, I tried to cancel the order and requested a refund. They refused. They are dishonest and scam people by tricking/forcing the automatic subscriptions and refusing to cancel orders.
When you email them they just send you AI automated responses and won't escalate your complaint.

Ordered a one off supply to try. Cancelled subscription 4 days later. Emailed company to cancel. No response, be aware. Do not click as they unkowingly dupe you into a subscription

This company cannot improve because it's a scam. BE WARNED THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! I ordered a course of tablets. They accepted my money and then told me that they would inform me when the items rwete being sent. I then contacted them for an expected date of dispatch and wad told they didn't have one???
THIS SORT OF SCAM SHOULD HAVE THE COMPANY BANNED FROM ADVERTISING ON THE INTERNET.
The Internet companies are big enough to check the credentials of advertisers to see if they are bogus.
It's easy!
Companies with a Trustpilot score of less than 3 should be banned.

Thankfully I did not click on the link. They took my money and I am still waiting for the tablets. What is wrong with people? Why are scammers like this able to continue selling on line and taking peoples’ money? DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Wished I had read the reviews first!!

Do not have anything to do with this company . I made a random purchase but did not realise i was setting up a subscription . I haven’t even opened the first package and now another is on its way . Seems to be impossible to cancel . They send an email with an alleged ‘magic link ‘ to cancellation page . I’ve tried numerous times and it doesn’t work . Zero stars from me . ☹️

BEWARE! This company sets up a subscription without you realising and then does not respond to any attempts to claim a refund or cancel. Impossible to contact- very dodgy!

I have now written 15 times to this cmpanies so called customer service telling them to cancel any further deliveries. It is impossible to actually be able to cancel. Every single time they tell you they will send a code so that you can cancel because they can't do it for you. I have never recieved any such code. I have been very firm telling then NOT to send further shipments or charge me. They have taken £52 from my credit card and now sent yet another order! My original trial order was for 3 months, now one month later they send me a further 3 packs which I told them not to. I have told my Credit card company to refuse any further requests for money. Now I have 3 more packs which I do not want and am wanting to return but it is impossible to find an address. Take my advice DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Even one star is too much for this company. Firstly they tricked me into subscribing when I placed my order.
Secondly I cancelled the subscription and they still sent me a second order.
Thirdly they asked me if I opened the second order and send a photo as a proof which I did. The envelope was not opened. I asked for an address where to return the item and their response was that they could only offer me a 50 percent refund without giving me a return address. They are a joke.

I am not sure the aged garlic works but I do know I have 6 months supply have tried to cancel for 2 months with no communication after 6 emails. If you want to keep lots in stock then ok if you are like me and object to paying out over £50 each time then don’t fall for ordering. Would I recommend? Definitely not!

Thought I would give this product a try to help with blood pressure as now nearly 90. Still using first 3 packages. Yet to feel any benefit. Had no idea I was somehow agreeing to a subscription - sneaky.
Trying to cancel but just being ignored. Bank blocked further payments but they haven't given up yet.
With this type of behaviour they are obviously a company to avoid.
