Elude Activewear Arvostelua

really happy with the clothes and the quality.

I had accidentally ordered the wrong size of tshirt. The customer service was extremely good and I was sent a new one out a day later. Thank you Elude active wear!

Great for any occasion. Comfortable, clean and materials breathable

The coldest activewear brand out there right now. Have almost every tracksuit. Stylish enough to wear to any kind of motives

perfect clothing. the material is amazing and the fit is incredible. best clothing for every occasion. great value for price as well. i would recommend this brand to anyone that is looking for fashionable, stylish clothing.

There was a mix up with my order however the customer service was amazing and very efficient with getting back to me and solving this mix up.

Never received my order, got an email to say it had been shipped two weeks later no update on my tracking info, contacted customer service got no reply what so ever in the end I got a reply they said they’d send me another set out and that it would be with me the next following day and they never did really poor experience with elude definitely put me off buying from them again

Bang on customer services, all sizes available and shop layout is clean and fresh8

I ordered a short and t-shirt set and the t shirt was slightly tight so wanted to exchange but I’m pretty useless at working out how to do anything like that. I dropped them an email and James from the returns team made everything stress free and easy and made sure I had my new t shirt in time for my holiday. One of if not the best customer service team I’ve ever come across. Not to forget the quality of the clothes is 10/10. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been ordering from Elude Activewear consistently since midway through 2023, and I can honestly say the service is like no other. Every order arrives quickly and without any hassle, which makes the whole experience smooth every time.

The quality of the clothes is absolutely top notch. I still have plenty of pieces from my first orders, and they show no signs of fading, stretching, or tearing even after regular use. That level of durability really sets them apart.

It’s rare to find a brand that delivers both great service and long-lasting quality, but Elude does exactly that. I couldn’t recommend them much more than I already do. Definitely worth it if you’re considering giving them a try.

I ordered the 1-4 half zip black in a size large over two weeks ago they sent me a small hybride jacket with the packaging saying the 1-4 half zip I received one email which asked for pictures which I sent and I have emailed several times and still no reply the customer service is terrible I definitely won’t be ordering from here again as it was for my sons birthday and I had to spend more money to get him something else from jd sports

They have some of the best activewear in the game with fast shipping also.

Deffo recommend good customer service when I needed to get a difference size they sorted it within the same day
Fast delivery and good communication

Great quality, unique, flawless

Came across this brand last month, thought I’d give them a go, best decision I’ve made, quality is superb and comfort is 10/10, 100% would recommend to anyone 🙌🏼💪🏼

The quality is amazing! Super happy with my order! Delivery was really fast and the quality of the packaging and clothes is great everything feels well made and looks exactly like the pictures. Would definitely recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with Elude.

I waited nearly a month for my order, only to be told by An Post that the parcel is being returned to the sender due to an invalid or insufficient customs declaration. This means the issue was caused by incorrect shipping documentation on the sender’s side.

As a customer, I had no control over this, yet I’m left without my item after weeks of waiting. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when proper shipping and customs handling is the responsibility of the seller.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering, as delays and failed deliveries like this can occur.
