Very bad experience with Elsner Technologies. I won’t be assigning them any more projects.
Out of four planned features, only two were completed properly. One was full of errors and had to be fixed at my own cost, and the last one was never delivered. The project was estimated for 2 weeks but ended after 3 months, still incomplete.
Their recommendations were misleading. I had previously paid around $10k for a code-cleaning project to align with Magento standards. Later, they blamed ongoing issues on bad code and suggested a full rebuild — of course, by Elsner.
Project management and communication were poor. Feedback was ignored, testing was inadequate, and I had to repeat quality checks multiple times. Even a meeting with the CEO didn’t help.

We have reached out multiple times, but our emails with specific information have been ignored, and we have not received the necessary support for your defective plugin. It is clear that they deliberately neglected their responsibilities as a seller on Envato and Code Canyon
We have communicated our intention to restore all backup files and follow the step-by-step instructions, but your failure to respond, combined with the dismissive treatment we have received, is extremely frustrating.
