Elliotts Estate Agents Arvostelua

Elliotts have managed our property for a few years now and they have always done a great job.

Over the years my family and i have used Elliotts many times, buying, selling and recently renting.
Elliotts are very proactive and realistic agency, with excellent communication throughout.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Elliotts, and often do!

Elliotts was recommended to me by a friend. They helped me rent out my property. Steve was nothing but friendly and professional throughout the whole process and I was able to move knowing my property would be completely taken care of.

I would definitely recommend using them.

The market knowledge and expertise of both Brian on Sales and Steve in lettings have proved invaluable over the years. I've found them to be realistic in their pricing and practical with their insights and advice. It also helps that the whole team are friendly and approachable.

I have used Elliotts for a purchase and currently let my property through them and I highly recommend them. They give great service.

Prompt, efficient, and professional service, which can relied upon. No need to chase. Often proactive, and competitively priced. Extensive knowledge and experience of the local property market.

Elliotts Estate Agents were so thorough at finding our tenant and made the whole process of letting so easy. In particular Steve went above and beyond in supplying everything I needed to know before the tenancy started and a year later when the tenancy finished. Now we are back using Elliotts for the sale of our apartment, everything is communicated well and very professionally. I would not look anywhere else when renting, buying or selling a property in Brighton and Hove.

Absolutely everyone at Elliotts has been fantastic at helping me to prepare for letting my property and they have been patient and taken their time to find the most suitable tenants. It's not surprising that they have over 300 Five Star ratings!! I had a great Agent last time I rented out another property for over 10 years but Elliotts have surpassed them. Don't go anywhere else!

Best Lettings Agent in Brighton & Hove, having worked with Elliotts for years . Always helpful with pre letting advice and securing the right tenants for properties and providing a robust and smooth service throughout the process - 10/10 . Thanks everyone! Can't recommend highly enough.

I worked with Steve and the team at Elliotts to find a Tennant for my flat; the whole team were great throughout the entire process, answered every question I had as a first time landlord, and kept me and the Tennant up to date with everything we needed to know. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to rent out a property, or to find a property to rent!

Once I’d found the perfect flat, the super charming Sally ensured that my purchase went through without a hitch. Not only did she answer my queries promptly she would telephone regularly to keep me updated. What a joy in these days when chasing emails up repeatedly has become the new normal.
More than this she was in regular communication with buyers and solicitors and basically ‘ kept the wheels oiled’
This was an exceptionally good experience and I have already recommended Sally and the lovely team at Elliott’s to a good friend who has just put her flat on the market.
I recommend them unreservedly.

I recently sold my flat in Hove through Elliots and had a very good experience, particularly given how challenging the market has been.

Steve was very honest and realistic with his advice from the start, which I really appreciated. The property was marketed well and attracted genuine interest fairly quickly.

Once a buyer was found, Ben was excellent in helping manage the process through to completion. Communication was always clear and prompt, and he did a great job keeping things moving when the usual bumps in the process appeared.

Overall I felt well supported throughout the sale and I’m very grateful to Steve, Ben and the team at Elliots for their professionalism and persistence in getting the sale completed.

Excellent service my sister was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s so the selling process was down to her son and I. Throughout the process they were considerate and kept both of us fully informed ensuring a smooth transaction.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and when the time comes I would certainly use them myself

The whole Elliotts team made the house selling process stress free and smooth. Thanks to their dedicated and thorough approach, we felt supported throughout. Their communication was excellent and each member of the team was friendly, dedicated and helpful. They provided great advice and reassurance when the process slowed down and ensured we were regularly updated. We couldn’t have asked for a better service from them and we would recommend them to anyone looking to for an estate agent.

This is now the third property that Elliotts Estate Agents have successfully sold for me, and once again they have been absolutely excellent from start to finish. This particular sale came with a number of obstacles and frustrating delays — with long periods of waiting that were completely outside of their control. Despite this, the team remained proactive, professional, and incredibly patient throughout. Communication was clear and consistent, and they did everything possible to keep the process moving.

A special thank you to Ben, who was outstanding from start to finish. His dedication, persistence and calm approach made a real difference during some challenging moments. I would also like to thank Brian and Steve for their support and professionalism — it truly felt like a team effort. Having now sold three properties through them, I can confidently say their service, commitment and reliability never waver. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Elliotts Estate Agents to anyone looking to sell. A fantastic team that genuinely cares about their clients and delivers results.

The team at Elliott’s were fantastic and handled my sale in a very professional manner. They priced the property just right and handled the sale very well. They liaised and followed up with all parties during the process in a very proactive way. I can highly recommend Elliott’s. Thanks again for your service. Kind regards Simon

Hi
I have been looking for a place that I can call home
I have started my search in February 2025 and from that date I might have had 10 viewings.
I had one flat that failed through, essentially because of a state agency who honestly did not care too much about me, asking too many questions ( probably the ones that I should not have asked!)
Then , I viewed a flat that I really like and Elliotts came along and their attitude was completely different of the other agents!
Ben was very professional, explaining the process of buying a studio flat very carefully
I recommend them 100%, I had the key before Christmas and yes, definitely, it would be the first people I contact again if needed more advice !
Thank you very much again for your time
I have learned a lot and you were very patient, calling me and updating me throughout the process
Fabrice

Elliotts is amazing. Throughout the process of the sale and purchase of my house, they were professional and great at keeping me updated. They were genuinely nice, sincere and always happy to help.

I can’t recommend Elliott’s Estate Agents highly enough – and especially Ben, who handled our sale with absolute professionalism from start to finish.

What turned into a long and very trying process was made so much easier thanks to Ben’s persistence, patience and clear communication throughout. There were countless hurdles along the way, including changes and fall-outs within the chain, but Ben worked tirelessly to overcome every obstacle and, most importantly, to keep the chain together when it could easily have collapsed.

He kept us informed at every stage, chased relentlessly when needed, and never once made us feel like we were just another transaction. His commitment and determination genuinely made the difference in getting us to completion.

If you’re looking for an estate agent who truly goes above and beyond, I would wholeheartedly recommend Elliott’s Estate Agents – and Ben in particular. Outstanding service from start to finish.

Elliot’s sold our flat in Hove for us in what were quite challenging market conditions. Ben always kept us informed and was very helpful with all aspects of the sale. Would highly recommend.
