Elliott Jarvis Cars Arvostelua

Matt & Steve were very professional and helpful and very patient as I took my time to find the right car and after a few days they found the perfect car for me and sorted all the service history etc. Thank you guys I would highly recommend Elliott Jarvis.

Amazing and friendly service throughout! Best sales experience I have ever had and to finish it off with a bottle of Prosecco and a bow on the bonnet was a real treat! Thank you to Steve and Matt!

A well experienced team that help with all of the customers needs. They make you feel comfortable and confident in buying a car from them.

A great selection of cars , understood what I wanted and had the keys the very next day . Great service and great guys will be back when I need the next one .

Very impressed with the service, nothing was to much trouble. Would definitely recommend anyone who was thinking about buying another car to give Elliott Jarvis Cars a visit.

A easy smooth transition from start to finish! Really friendly and helpful without being pushy at all, the cars sell themselves as they are excellent. Cannot recommend them enough, a pleasure doing business with!

“ Highly Recommend! ” Steve was great and really went above and beyond to secure our desired car and ensure top quality. He also kept us well informed along the way about timing and next steps. What I thought would be a stressful experience was complete ease!

I have never met a company so supportive. I enquired about a car but I didn't have the full deposit yet, someone else came to view but they didn't want to promise the car to them just yet as I was interested. I said it was okay to promise to them and then they let me know they had a lovely ford fiesta within my range that I could come view. They prioritised getting the car ready for me, they stayed after hours so I could view and drive it. They were never pushy and allowed me my own space to decide. I was very happy with the car. They gave me 12 months warranty & a bottle of prosecco! I accidentally damaged my wing mirror and they told me to come in so they could fix it, I did it on my lunch break and needed to get home in 30 minutes and they dropped me off home and picked me up so I didn't have to take a taxi, such a lovely garage!

But my car even though I was still abroad, they were very helpful and that’s my daughter test drive any issues she had was promptly dealt with couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you so much Nadia Alkindy.

Very smooth and trusting experience with the staff/owners, not had this from other garages.
Always an attention to detail with them in their service for the customer.
They have a check list for everything.
A real pleasurable experience.
Thank you Steve and Matt.

This was my second time at Elliott Jarvis Cars Ltd. As predicted, they did not disappoint. They were very professional, helpful, patient and attentive from the offset. Will definitely use them again. I love my new car.

The whole transition from enquiring about my car to Test Driving, then purchasing the car was straightforward with incredibly friendly and helpful staff.
Would highly recommend using
Elliott Jarvis Cars Plymouth!

A really great experience buying a car from Elliott Jarvis. Matt was really, friendly and knowledgeable, and the car had a full service and MOT before purchase. It was a really nice touch to have a big red bow on the car and a bottle of fizz when we collected it.
I would definitely consider buying from them again.

Brilliant garage to deal with. The buying experience and handover of our new car was a real pleasure.
