Elliott Jarvis Cars Arvostelua

a great company to deal with, very professional, I would buy from them again

Steve & Matt were very friendly helpful with no pressure from from either to purchase anything, we agreed on a few minor niggles on the car which were sorted out when we picked the car up the following Saturday, would recommend them

Excellent customer service from test drive to pick up. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very thorough. A confident experience, thank you so much.

Had an issue with our car and decided to look around for a replacement felt no pressure with these guys when looking around in the end we opted for a lovely KIA Caren which suited our family perfectly and drives like a dream the guy was extremely honest with us throughout the process overall highly recommend them to friends and family in future.

Absolute pleasure to deal with. Matt couldn't of made our purchase any easier, put at ease from the minute we turned up. Would recommend to anybody looking for a great second hand car dealer.

Would highly recommend Elliott Jarvis Cars, I had been looking around for a couple of weeks after my car had been written off in an accident, Steve was one of the few salesmen that actually acknowledged that the car was for me and I was paying for it not my husband so actually asked me what I wanted and gave me some choices, such an easy and simple experience picked the car Friday and collected it on the Wednesday, the kids and I love it. Thank you so much !

Both myself and my partner have bought cars from Elliott Jarvis cars this year and we would 100% recommend. Both Matt and Steve made both processes easy, enjoyable and we both felt very listened to and respected. Thank you so much, we are absolutely over the moon with our cars and we would recommend to family and friends in the future!

Great service from start to finish nothing was to much bother

Elliot Jarvis were friendly, responsive and professional throughout our entire experience with them. They made the process of buying a car feel easy, making us feel like we were very much in control of the decision-making with no pressure. They were very knowledgable offering advice around the car itself alongside purchase information that enabled us to help make a decision. They were easy to communicate with, friendly and made everything very straightforward- we would highly recommend using them to others and would use them in the future again too.

We strongly recommend Elliott Jarvis. We were offered hot drinks in a really relaxed pressure free environment. Steve handed us the keys and just left us to explore the car then encouraged us to test drive the car as a family with the car seats installed. There was no sales pitching or pressure, just a genuine review of the car from personal experience.

I cannot describe how happy I am to be your customer. Both Steve and Matt providing 5 star service and assist you with every matter. I will never buy my motor anywhere else. God bless you guys!

Steve made my purchase happen without issues, especially purchasing remotely.
Picked up at the train station and taken to their garage.
Left to look over the vehicle without any fuss.
Very helpful and any concern, questions were answered to support my purchase.
I recommend these guys going forward to future buyers.

Amazing car sales, I recently bought my car from them it was a seamless process from start to finish. After sales advice has been beyond perfect I honestly can't score them high enough.

An honest car salesman does exist!
There was no pressure selling, or awkwardness. I was made to feel at ease from the moment I arrived.
Steve was so helpful from start to finish.

I bought a ford fiesta for my sons first car.
Car was immaculate with a warranty included.
Helpful staff and gave us a bottle of prosecu as a gift .

Great welcome from Matt and Steve.
The car was very well presented and everything was explained.
The best way we have bought a car for a very long time, including in the past buying new models
Would certainly look to use them again.

Straightforward and open with no pressure or double talk. Having been around a number of dealers I went back to Elliott Jarvis as they weren't trying to push a car on me.

Matt and Steve were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. They are upfront, honest and professional, and really take the worry out of buying a second hand car. I highly recommend, and will buy from them again without hesitation.
