Elliott Jarvis Cars Arvostelua

Bought a reasonably priced 14 year old car for my mother in law from these guys 2 years ago. I am pleased to say the car has just passed its MOT first time for the second year running. 2years problem free motoring for the price paid has been exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from these guys should the need arise. We'll done Matt and Steve.

Brilliant professional service from the initial contact to collection of car and after care.
I had slight issue with the tow bar electrics and Steve at Elliot Jarvis Cars could not do enough to get the problem sorted.
I will happily use Elliot Jarvis Cars again and will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new car

Many thanks to to Matt and Steve for a fantastic experience in buying our latest car, from the first visit I felt they really cared about their customers and the advice and guidance was faultless, I have bought many cars over the years, and therefore I am fairly used to the expected “sales pitch” but was pleasantly surprised with their honest and open communication with no pressure, as a result this was truly a 1st class experience, their service throughout the transaction was amazing, I was completely updated and relaxed which was such a positive experience for me, honestly if you are in the market for a quality used car, have no reservations, you too will receive a warm welcome from these knowledgeable and professional guys!
I am one very satisfied customer!

Sorry for the late review, I've been in hospital for a week with sepsis. Great service as I had on my first purchase from these guys

Fantastic company, great to do business with would highly recommend them.

I seen the car online and liked it went down had a test drive in it had a good look around and loved it and the miles was really low was not pushed into it not like some places and 12 months cover and nice to deal with thanks mat 👍

I have just purchased a car from Elliott Jarvis Cars and I am over the moon with it!
Matt has gone over and beyond to make my purchase as smooth as possible, keeping me updated throughout. The car was delivered at a more than reasonable cost and was exactly as shown in the photos; no deposit required until I was 100% happy with it.
Matt sent a photo of the car with a big red bow on it as I wasn’t able to get to the garage in person and, on top of that, a bottle of Prosecco was sent with the driver! Where else would you possibly get that kind of service?
After so much time searching for a vehicle, and getting disheartened with overpriced cars and pushy salesmen, I was fortunate enough to find this little gem of a garage!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys, they are professional, knowledgeable and friendly and made the whole experience stress free!
Thank you to Steve for driving the car down - hope you boarded the right train 😜 !
And thank you Matt, you’ve been truly amazing; an absolute diamond!

Okay my transaction was fairly long distance, but I have to say what great service from this Company. They do what they say they are going to do and do take the hassle away so well-done Steve and also Matt at EJ Cars

I recently purchased a car with this company, and would not hesitate to use them again. I appreciated their relaxed and non pressurising approach, and their before and after sales customer service is of a very high standard. I would highly recommend this business.

Part exchanged my car which was a smooth transaction. Any faults needed to be done were done well in time. Friendly, and even received a bottle of Prosecco which was a nice surprise. Recommend.

Very professional and a pleasure to do business with, and they have a great sense of humour aswell.

Couldn’t fault the service we received from beginning to end. Extremely trust worthy people who couldn’t do enough! Excellent company! Lovely car which ch has clearly been thoroughly checked before we drove away! Thank you!

ref astra i agree you donot make the cars you sell but being aa approved there are a lot of checks to do before you sell a car how can all those faults have been missed and as for buying back the car you forgot to say it was for 1495 pounds less than what i paid for it so that is how much two and a half months ownership cost me but i took the hit to be glad to get rid now they know what wrong with it i hope they fix it before selling on

Found great quality and quick service with no complaints.

Just had the best experience buying a car from Steve. He went above and beyond. I can honestly say I felt at ease unlike some previous experiences, this makes all the difference. And the little touches are the icing on the cake. Nothing was too much trouble. Would have no problem recommending this business to friends. Such a personable guy.

Everything you want and need from a seller. Were not too pushy or demanding when we viewed the car and gave us amazing flexibility when viewing and buying. Great deals in regard to servicing, MOT and cover - would highly recommend buying from them.

Purchased a car around a month ago. After a week there was a small issue, spoke to Steve who dealt with it every step of the way with no issues.

From start to finish a pleasure to deal with with amazing customer service. Would highly recommend

The friendliest, most approachable bunch of lads you have ever met. They offered me reassurance every step of the way and went above and beyond to make my 'new car' experience great. Would 100% recommend them to anyone and with a 12 month warranty you would be silly not to go and have a look at what they have in.

They kept the toddler happy with squashies. They kept the husband happy with pepsi-max and a look inside a fancy Audi. They kept me happy by just being their genuine, authentic selves.

Thank you so much ✌🏻

I’m so glad I bought my car from Elliot Jarvis cars. They were honest and not pushy. So helpful with setting up my car tax etc. gave a fantastic warranty and AA cover. As a woman you always feel like second hand garages see £££ signs but not here! If you are especially a woman just feel confident they will help you without being pushy or selling you something you don’t want!

Matt went the extra mile to answer my pre purchase questions. he was prompt and knowledgeable.
The car was presented in first class order on collection and Matt went through all the car's settings prior to handover. Honestly the best car purchasing experience in over 40 years of motoring!
