My item never arrived
My item never arrived, my emails were not answered, no explanation was given.
Two consecutive emails were eventually sent to me notifying me of a refund. I have NOT received a refund.
This is unacceptable.

Unfortunately, on this occasion we were unable to fulfil your order. Having checked the tracking for your order, there was an issue at the Delivery Depot as it shows 3 label reprints, so we processed a full refund for you as promptly as possible. We apologise that you did not receive an explanation at the time and understand how frustrating that must have been.

Great products and great service
Great products and great service, although the delivery driver is not good. Always leaves on the doorstep in plain sight for anyone who would want to steal it, rather than put them near the bins (which are on CCTV) and safe from being stolen.
PS try and have a word with the delivery firm.
