From initially understanding our requirement to final delivery of a lovely bathroom finished to a high standard Elixir project managed from start to finish.
The team were amazing keeping us informed and ensuring everything was how we wanted it. Not the cheapest supplier but when it comes to quality and a hassle free experience it is worth paying that little bit more.

The recent acquisition of our new shower room from Elixir Bathrooms went amazingly well from design suggestions to purchase and final installation. All staff were so supportive and professional. We could not be happier.

Elixir project managed from start to finish which was well worth the cost if you want hassle free. Installation was (to the untrained eye) to the highest standard. We have a lovely bathroom finished to a high standard.

I first came across Elixir 16 years ago and bought a few bathroom products back then. Fast forward to current day and I’m delighted to say the same family run business still upholds its original values of treating the customer to the best buying experience possible. Having decided to renovate 3 bathrooms I’ve once again put my faith in Elixir to provide all the necessary equipment to complete the projects. Wow; they have delivered beyond my expectations in every area. They designed fantastic rooms, supplied some beautiful products which are extremely well finished and backed it all up with a service which was as transparent as very few companies will be in today’s market. Every enquiry was greeted with the same dedicated response giving me the confidence I was definitely getting the best service from people that actually care. I certainly cannot endorse Elixir enough and think that pound for pound they provide the best value a customer can expect.
I wish to thank all at Elixir for your time and patience over the last few months to help give my home the bathrooms it needed to deliver that WOW factor.

We’ve had some less than pleasant experiences with trades over the years, so were anxious about getting our bathroom re-fitted. So pleased we chose Elixir, fantastic customer service from design through to installation and over the moon with the result. Can’t speak highly enough of all involved (Joab, Chris, Steve, Shaun) and would definitely recommend.

Oro shower door are beautiful give a look of luxury as do toilet and basin was very impressed 👌
How ever the company should pay a little attention to the packaging on a couple of parts but all in all excellent
and would recommend . if you need a new bathroom take a visit to elixir bathrooms you will not be disappointed.

I recently purchased my bathroom suite from Elixir and could not be happier with the quality of the products. Everything feels sturdy and robust, unlike some products I’ve had in the past.

Phill was great at discussing different options and finding combinations of products that would suit our needs.

Joab’s designs were wonderful, and he gladly made some changes that were requested and suggested a different option that would end up being more cost effective and would look more visually appealing also.

I installed it all myself, but everything came with very clear instructions on how to do so and we are incredibly happy with the bathroom we now have.

I’ll definitely be back when we revamp the other bathroom!

Elixir Bathroom have delivered a truly amazing bathroom for my wife and I! This has been a great experience from start to finish, not without its speed bumps along the way, but all have been smoothed out and snags have been quickly sorted out. Phil's help when we first called into the shop was very welcome and Joab has project managed well throughout. Special mention to the installation team of Chris, Scott, Jordan and Darren who were a pleasure to host in our home for 2 weeks, indeed, our dog Murphy is missing Scott's food treats in the mornings ;) and being spoilt. As another reviewer has mentioned, my wife also appreciated the lovely bouquet of flowers. Thank you Elixir.

Purchased all of our bathroom/shower items from Elixir. Phil and his staff were very helpful and provided some great design ideas. Had a couple of problems after fitting which were resolved quickly, excellent after sales service. Would definitely recommend.

This family run business is excellent. Their showroom gave me some great ideas for my new bathroom. They have a huge tile selection and beautiful baths, it’s very modern and Phil helped us with our layout and design. I highly recommend them.

Dealing with Elixir was a pleasurable experience, from first meeting, to touring the showroom and design, right through to installation and follow-up snagging.
The team were efficient, professional and quick to respond. My wife and I were very impressed and would use Elixir again. Certainly recommended for high quality design and installation - at a very reasonable price.

We first met Phil and the team in November 2023. A slight delay was self imposed..... but Phil and the team fully understood and took good care of us whilst we changed our plans. The service was excellent, the planning and communication without fault and nothing was too much. The builders were fantastic and very respectful to our home. Elixir Bathrooms have just finished installing our new bathroom after removing all the old fittings, tiles and floor. We are delighted with the quality of the work, and the design. The new bathroom is stylish but in keeping with our Victorian house.
From meeting Phil and Sue in the showroom, Chris, Steve, Sam and Shane as they worked and Joab as he project managed the installation, the whole experience as been smooth, efficient and trouble free.
The bouquet of flowers delivered to us at the end of the project was a lovely touch. Thank you to Phil, Sue, Joab and the team for a fantastic finish.

Ellixir Bathrooms completed a whole bathroom refurbishment on our behalf removing all fixtures, fitting, tiles etc and provided us with a brand new lovely bathroom with walkin shower. The process took approximately 10 days to complete and all professional tradesman used were polite, courteous and extremely tidy throughout the build process with as little disruption to our day to day life as possible. As with all new builds there were slight snags that required rectifying after completion. Elixir Bathrooms were prompt and professional in rectifying the few small snagging issues. I would highly recommend Elixir Bathrooms to anyone seeking to install a complete new bathroom. Although not the cheapest contractor they do utilise the best materials and work to a very high professional standard.

This was our second bathroom purchase from Elixir and once again nothing was too much trouble. From design, choosing fittings to installation everything was taken care of. The quality of our bathroom is great and we were grateful to Phil and his team for pulling out all the stops to get the job completed after delays caused by our builder.
