Matt from the brendale store was easy to deal with and it wasn’t a stuff around I drove from the gold coast to physically see and feel the machine and didn’t have to wait for stock to arrive

Elite Fitness is unmatched for price and service
Elite is the place to go for gym equipment on the northside of Brisbane. The shop is well set out and welcoming. The inclusions with equipment are part of the price and not added on like other stores. Matthew was exceptional and did a fantastic price for the equipment I wanted. Installation was prompt, efficient, and tidy, and the installers were lovely. I will definitely be back.

Hi Drew, yes this was a series of unfortunate events. We were greatly let down by our supplier on this occasion and we cannot apologise enough for the delay. On the upside, we were happy that you received a complimentary treadmill mat along with a free upgrade to a higher spec treadmill. We do hope that you will shop with us again in the future. Please understand that this delay was really beyond our control and we tried our very best to mitigate the delivery delay. If you need any assistance with our new treadmill, please let us know. Thank you, Team Elite.
40 Bodyworx Mini trampoline
Elite Fitness gave lengthy and accurate information about the product. Their website was easy to navigate through to the purchase. The 40 mini trampoline is high quality, as described and fairly priced. The product came assembled except for screw-in legs which were easy to attach. The EF delivery agent, Sean, was polite and helpful and called personally. Overall, the product and experience was one I would highly recommend.

Made amends!
Items were slow to ship and an initial lack of communication, but they did completely rectify the issue when it was raised with a gift voucher and refunded the shipping cost, which was well received and hasn’t deterred me from returning in the future for equipment.
