12 months of purchasing from them and this is how they repay me.
I've been purchasing e-liquid with this company for 1 year now, and over the past few purchases their guarantee of having it shipped out in 24-48 hours has meant less an less every passing order. I placed an order with them 8 days ago, let me repeat that EIGHT. DAYS. AGO. and still havent had my order fullfilled... and let me tell you, I have emailed them twice asking for answers and a way to fix this and no response has been received yet. I've tried to contact them and give them a chance to make this right and now here we are, because no action was taken, so I am taking action. I am not going to be purchasing from them any longer and I will make this known that they have gone off the deep end and lost all credibility to me. For a business that actually has great e-liquids, you sure did ruin it all by the way you run it.
