Elite Ambient Interiors Arvostelua

Excellent service from purchase to delivery and

So had my table and chairs came sticking in chairs very bad marks on all 8 chairs arrange for them to be replaced again all 8 chairs had marks on
the delivery driver was rude and intimidating

I asked for a refund which they said I had to repack and take back to there warehouse but the first delivery drivers broke the boxes when they put the table and chairs together
I told the man that was communicating via wattsapp instantly about the chair I said I want a refund he said he would change the chairs

Which I allowed but then the next 8 again had all marks and blue dye on

I would say better look elsewhere as the communication and quality is very very poor I would avoid

I’m currently going through trading standards

I have videos of the delivery driver being rude snd intimidating I was a woman on my own and photos to the ooor quality and defects to prove this

Excellent customer service from purchase to delivery. Friendly and quick! I love the dining set! Everything that I expect and more!!
Would definitely order again!!

I am so happy with my purchase. Very good quality dining chairs. Ordered on Friday night and received package on Monday afternoon. Their customer service is top notch. Fast communication and very polite. Would definitely recommend them

Ordered on the weekend and the table and chairs arrived in 3 days. Very fast delivery, amazing communication throughout as well as the good high quality product, you won’t be disappointed. It was very easy to speak to the delivery team and the customer service.

Very reasonable price for assembly in a quick time also. 10/10 recommend

Top quality table first class communication and delivery driver was very polite and professional thank you very much

Absolutely brilliant. I ordered a dining set on Sunday. The shopping pay app wouldn’t accept my payment. I’ve e just moved and the address for billing and delivery were different, which caused the problem.
Anyway, after lots of messaging on WhatsApp, Elite ambient agreed to cash on delivery, with no deposit, which is incredibly trusting. Anyway, it arrived today, 48 hours later and I had it built by the delivery drivers and it’s fantastic.
From order to sitting at the table, all done in 48 hours!Ammazing service, the most polite and helpful people I’ve ever met and a product that is stunning. Definitely recommended
