Love my underwear sets 🥰 True to size (I read some reviews that said it comes up small, but I didn't find that at all). Customer service is also super helpful when I had a question. I really love how they package the underwear in a cute box with little sweets and gifts.

Disappointing - the underwear received is the exact same as being sold on Temu (note their responses to reviews say they don’t use SHEIN products, not that they don’t use Temu products). It also took 7 days for the product to be posted after chasing twice. I ordered both the deluxe and regular box to try and both had the same bits in like scrunchie etc, the deluxe one just had a couple more bits in. Also can’t cancel the subscription as I’d have to order the second box first and tbh it’s not worth the money and if I post back what’s been delivered I have to pay postage. Just generally not the best, would like to cancel my subscriptions but a bit ridiculous I’d have to then pay full price for the boxes which I’m not really happy with.

So despite a previous trust pilot review and an email confirming cancellation this company continue to take payments. I’ve given up on returning my items and thrown them in the bin as the sizing is ridiculous. Contacting my bank to take further action. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Really lovely sets and extra treats in the boxes, absolutely beautiful stuff, really lovely staff too. Would recommend sizing UP for both bras and pants.

Really loved my first box....... fitted perfectly..... the little flowers made it all the more special......... I'm only having my box every 3 months as a little treat for myself but I'm ever so excited to see what's next

Re-writing my bad review, because they sorted out the problem and showed good customer service. Also, the underwear is gorgeous and fits well.

First couple of orders was nice until we realised they was just relabelled temu/shien stuff, and the quality also reflects that, underwire poking through bras after a single wash and stitching coming apart.

True to size and very flattering, love the colours and designs they have to offer. The additional treats are also very thoughtful. I will be continuing my subscription.

Really disappointed. I knew the box set was going to be a surprise but really was expecting to receive something that would match the style of what was advertised on the website. Navigating the website, I see countless lovely sets however, the one I received was what I would call "Granny's underwear". The bra was okay but the bottoms was not true to size. After writing to the customer support, they offered to send a replacement for the size but refused to exchange the hole set for something else. Thankfully they accepted my request for a refund, after receiving the item but I can't really understand why they didn't not even bother exchanging this for something else. I won't be ordering again.

Beautiful quality!!! Really impressive with the fabric and how it fitted. I’m so beyond happy with my purchase and so excited to receive more :)

My husband bought the subscription for me and I was delighted when the first one came, I was really looking forward to this one arriving. I was a bit disappointed that the set was virtually the same in a different colour and the bracelet, key ring, chocolate, face mask etc were identical to what came last month. Maybe lovely as a one off but not great as a monthly subscription.

This box is great. A proper little treat that I look forward to each month. It's packaged with care and when my first order was a bit small they sent me a replacement streight away. Fully reccomend this site and the beautiful underwear they provide.

Best (and only) subscription I have!

I don't have any beauty treatments, I do my own nails, don't have lashes, brows done etc. this is my one treat to myself every month and I am over the moon with being surprised and feeling good at the same time. Definitely a worthwhile subscription - highly recommend. Beautiful, pretty feminine hard to find lingerie.

I’m absolutely frilled with my subscription I’ve had 3 sets so far they are all different and true to size. The customer service is great and such a nice touch with the extra gifts included I can’t wait for my next box

Firstly read the small print on the subscription as they don't let you cancel until you've done 2 full months OR paid £36 for your first box which you won't do automatically as they give you a first time discount essentially trapping you in the subscription for a minimum of 2 months.

Secondly the underwear is from Shein! They've just literally cut the label off but kept the product washing tag. This stuff is £3 on Shein! A complete scam and rip off. Ignore the fake trustpilot reviews for this poor quality tat.

Delighted with my first box from Elia boutique - the underwear was gorgeous and very comfortable for a brand I have never tried before. Can’t wait for my next box!

I have had 5 boxes from this company now. The first was brilliant, really good quality. The second was wayyy too big so they sent me a replacement. After this the quality just deteriorated. The fabric is itchy. It feels cheap and it is irritating. The fit is not great either. I shop with the more well known brands for my lingerie now and you can really notice a difference within the quality and the price isn't really that much higher than this monthly subscription.

I am so pleased I found elia boutique! I've treated myself to 2 of the deluxe boxes so far and I am so impressed with the fit, the sets are comfortable and feel luxurious, they make me feel very body confident! Plus they left my boyfriend speechless 10/10.
