Arrived quickly and was a very cute surprise. I’ve ordered the monthly subscription and never know what I’m getting. What I received is something I would have never chosen myself and I loved it. The quality is great and the fit is perfect. Very fun buy!

I didn’t get what I ordered as I only wear briefs they sent me tong I don’t wear or ask for . They replied and said that they cannot guarantee what you ask for!! What’s the point then ordering if you can’t satisfy your customers needs!!!

Little update I have contacted customer service and they said it is what it is so basically you don’t get what you paid for!!!

This is the reply from your customer service!!!

Hi Grace,

Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m sorry you’re disappointed with the bottoms in your box.

I'd like to gently clarify that while we do our best to follow your preferences, briefs and thongs aren’t guaranteed as we need to send what’s available in your size when your box is being packed.

That said, I’ve made a note on your account to send briefs for your future boxes whenever we have them available in your size, so the team will keep this in mind when packing your orders.

I’m sorry again for the disappointment, and hopefully we can get you a pair of briefs in your next box. 😊

I love recieving these through the post. The fit is perfect and is even better than the high street. Mine make me feel like a million dollars. Confidence has levelled up!

My wife loves the quality of the product and the team go above and beyond when we moved address and solved the issue quickly

Have had two of these so far the fit is perfect on both and they are so beautiful ❤️ lovely little box to get each month also love the satin scrunchys that came with, soooo cute

You’re lingerie is beautifully designed and well stitched, attractively packaged with the little extras that that make each box feel special, on one bra the underwire started coming out, I can fix it no problem. Perhaps a tiny touch of stretch in the bra might be helpful as I cant decide if I’m better off with a 34B or C , I’m really looking forward to receiving my next set xxx

Amazing customer service and great attention to detail on each piece

It's ok. the first box or two is great until you realise it's the same underwear every month just in increasingly ugly colours. Also I specifically asked not to have thongs yet I got sent them. And a couple of the bras really looked awful on me so I asked them not to send that style again..but yep, they kept sending them. I feel a little conned tbh by this. All jazz hands at the beginning but it's just cheap stuff in the end.

UPDATE: A very nice person got back to me with refunds for unwanted underwear and apologies. I would hasten to add that the question of style of underwear and colours is my personal one - and that the actual service - packaging and customer service is overall good and I wouldn't want anyone not to take up a subscription because of my review. I enjoyed it while it lasted for me - and I did get some nice undies out of it! I have amended my rating as a result.

Some of the underwear is lovely but I’m a size 10 weighing 9stone 5 and the Large was just not big enough. Seemed crazy! Also a lot of the same designs

I love this lingerie box. The underwear was stunning, beautifully made and designed, excellent quality. Fitted perfectly and to size. Beautifully wrapped with lovely little gifts and accessories and delivered every month.

Such quick, friendly and professional service! I contacted Elia Boutique by email on Sunday evening and the problem was solved first thing Monday morning by Stacy.
Also beautiful online presence!

Beautiful designs

Everything is fantastic and good fitting. Like the extra surprises

The set I've received is so beautiful and well made. They are extremely comfortable and fit like a dream! I feel so confident wearing them. I love the little gifts you get in the box and so worth the price! I can't wait to receive more! Customer service is really quick when there's an something needing clearing up and they are extremely kind. Thank you ❤️

I love receiving my package each month. Its a gift to myself and self care. Beautiful feminine sets.

I am now waiting my 3rd delivery, I can not fault Elia boutique the sets are beautiful I pick to have a surprise and I have never been more excited to receive a parcel as when my new underwear sets come, would highly recommend

Beautiful sets my daughter and I both had our 2nd box and absolutely love it..the little surprise extras are amazing .

You can contact this company by email and they respond quickly to your query and sort it promptly with a replacement if needed and if you want to change the style of the bras pants /thongs its not a problem their happy to do so. I have been very pleased with the style colour and the fit of the bras pants/thongs you even get little gifts inside you monthly subscriptions which are well thought out l would recommend Elia boutique to anyone that wants something different to what you can buy in there local store their attention to the detail to each item they sent out is fantastic l look forward to my monthly subscription

Beautiful underwear and the package is pretty to.
Fit is good and have no issues

Fuller cups are just small bras run slightly larger - they are useless. Straps very thin, only 2 hooks, no side support at all, no projection in the cup. Received one that fitted well but the second was just awful. About 4 cup sizes too small awful. Return window extremely short.
