Eli-G Estates Arvostelua

Fantastic experience with Eli. Was not pushy like most estate agents and always went above and beyond to help. Excellent communication throughout and found us our dream home!

I chose to use Eli-G because he came highly recommended and am so grateful that I did so. He kept me well-informed throughout the process and always answered my questions immediately. He worked out-of-hours to ensure the sale went through quickly and efficiently and keeping our interest at the forefront of every aspect of the sale. I will continue to recommend him to my friends.

Eli is great at communicating between the buyer and seller.
He will make the deal happen.
Pleasure to work with

From start to finish, Eli was absolutely fantastic in managing the sale of our home. Eli worked quickly and efficiently to ensure everything stayed on track and was *always* available to answer our questions. His kind, reliable, proactive approach kept the entire process moving smoothly. We are very grateful and can't recommend Eli highly enough.

It was a real joy to work with Eli. There are so many agents in the area and it can be a headache trying to choose the right agent, often you only really know if theyre not the right agent when things have already gone wrong. Eli was efficient and worked hard to get us the right price for the property we were selling. Communication and feedback was excellent and I really cant find any fault in the work he did, it was a real pleasure and what one would think is a stressful experience, was a real breeze with Eli's guidance.

Eli provided a top service with great customer care. He was very professional, considerate and above all else non pressurising. He was quick to respond to all queries and maintains excellent standards in confidentiality and communication.
We were very grateful for all the work and support he provided!

ELI GROSNASS is the man to sell your property. He has the best contacts. He is extremely patient and deals with matters in a calm and professional manner.
Always there to help you.

Thank you for everything!

Elis contact 'book' really is fantastic. No sooner had he advertised our property off market than our purchaser had been identified, reaching very close to asking price and without having to show the property to others. This is, if I may, is Elis USP - his ability to draw on such a wide contact list to get maximum reach. Beyond that, Eli is a mensch to deal with and helped grease the wheels when necessary as part of the process. Really grateful for all of his help and would definitely recommend!

Our family is absolutely satisfied with Eli-G Estates and very thankful that we gave Eli the responsibility to sell our family home. He is very professional and respectful. Stress free communication, and very quick to respond. He is a talent. He brought more number of serious buyers than other agencies we worked with and moved pretty fast when it was time and closed the deal gracefully.

This had been a particularly slow year for the housing market. But he did an excellent job and really pulled it off for us. Best agent in the area. Full confidence.

Working with Eli -G was an absolute pleasure. Eli is an extremely helpful and communicative agent. He persevered in a difficult market until he achieved our sale. We are very grateful for his help and support!

Eli was a pleasure to work with

Every call returned, everything promised done with allacrity, how often do you see that today!
completely honest and a lovely personality,
I dreaded the job of selling my late Mothers home, fortunately Eli made it seem like a breeze.
I highly reccomend Eli as being a dream Estate agent and in this case that is not a contradiction in terms.

Eli provided exceptional service during our home-buying process. He ensured everything ran smoothly and efficiently, delivering excellent customer service throughout. We highly recommend his friendly manner and approachable attitude to getting things done.

Patient, helpful. Provided an easy experience during an otherwise difficult time flat hunting. So grateful

Eli helped us to sell our home in a really difficult market. He persevered by chasing down opportunities and by thinking outside the box. Our sale could have fallen through a number of times and probably would have with other agents. It was Eli's refusal to give up that cemented the deal in the end.

Eli is such a straight forward and excellent real estate agent who goes so much further than just connecting a buyer with a seller.

He handles the process from beginning to end with great professionalism, patience and encouragement and makes the whole experience a pleasure. Thank you for this one and all the previous deals we have worked on together.

Amazing service from A to Z
Eli was always ready to answer any questions and guide us through the buying process.
A pleasure to work with.

From day one of dealing with Eli-G Estates, we could not have been happier with the way they handled everything. It was rather daunting for us selling the house that our late parents had lived in for 70 years. It was the first time we have ever got involved with selling a house. Eli-G guided us and took care of every detail quickly and efficiently. They guided us well so that we made wise decisions about how to sell, what to do and what to avoid doing. Yes, we are pleased to give Eli-G the highest accolade and say that it has been a truly positive experience dealing with them. We recommend Eli-G all the way!
