I am a total newbie but i was taken care and Configured by BSM who is a very nice person. The guy is a legend.

I highly recommend ElfHosted’s services. I subscribed to the AIOStreams with Mediaflow 4K proxy and Mediaflow proxy 4x4K Booster. The setup was exceptionally straightforward, and the results were remarkably fast. The support team and community are also exceptional. I was having some issues as I’m not very technology-savvy, reached out to them on Discord, and had my issues resolved in a matter of minutes. Thank you, BSM, for your excellent work and assistance.

Made everything so simple and easy to understand. Not only did they set it all up for me but offer lifetime support so I never need to worry about any issues and I can ask any questions they are so quick to respond. Stremio works flawlessly with endless possibilities always been able to find what I'm looking for. Amazing team and service all round highly recommend!

Excellent service and even better support team. I am very happy with AIOStreams with MediaFlow proxy service, which I use with Stremio. Results are a bit slow to retrieve, but it is very reliable and very configurable to personal preferences.

The support from the Discord channels and quick setup using the White Glove VIP setup service is second to none ! I’ve never used a service this refined and polished. I’d highly recommend anyone to sign up and get in the discord straight away the information and help is second to none.

After spending many sleepless nights trying to self host, I finally googled where to go for help and came across these friendly Elves. I loved my subscription so much I actually upgraded during the 7 day free window.

Probably the worst way to do anything Stremio add on related. Media fusion add on barley works and won’t even auth with real debrid and there’s no auth button for torbox either. And trying to get support is just useless put a customer ticket in and no-one answer for Almost 24 hrs (discord is a horrible way to do support if your not actually engaging with your customers paying or not) so got no where with trying to get the add on working. Elf bot and the dashboard for troubleshooting also just doesn’t work keeps coming up with 404 error. I’ve got all my add ons working fine when done by myself and like tinkering around and thought I would give this popular service a go. Waste of time and energy. Don’t use elfhosted.

Edit I’m sorry I didn’t answer but I work like any other person this wouldn’t of been an issue if I didn’t have to wait almost 24 hrs for you guys to respond the first time. I understand that the media fusion stremio addon is a public free instance but nowhere does it say that only paying customer get support in anyway shape or form. Now I don’t think trust pilot should take this review down as I know it doesn’t have anything to do with the self hosted side of your business but it still has your name on it. Also banning me from the discord server is fairly petty and shows that your company can’t take any kind of criticism either good or bad.

I was having issues with Overseerr’s automation and a rep from ElfHosted came to the rescue and fixed my issue in less than an hour. You can't beat that level of customer service. I will happily continue to be a customer.

It's a configure-once-and-enjoy platform. Even if you want to modify anything you almost always not need to do anything else for your changes to reflect.

Great products. And the support team is unreal. Love they are also kiwi. Highly recommend

The support these elfs give is of the planet nothing is to much.
some say well you can get all the programs free but thats fine but do you know how to put them all together and update them and keep pushing the boundaries. well myself the answer is no and im well happy to pay the small price for an easy life.
so my the elfs live long and prosper.

I was planning to self host at first, but due to being busy with work, gym and just life overall, I gave elfhosted a shot. I cannot believe I didnt try it sooner, it took maybe 10 minutes for the server to be ready and maybe another 5 minutes to copy my AIOStreams setup over and make some adjustments. It works super fast and the team gives amazing support. 10/10!!!

Easy to use and great support for the apps

Honestly, I’ve had this service for a short period of time, but I cannot recommend it enough. My technical knowledge extends quite far, being an IT Specialist and Manager, but I just don’t have the time setting up my own self hosted platform to run my setup on. This package, takes the entire hassle out of the equation and simplifies it to a point where even anyone can pick it up.

I utilise as much services as possible to make sure I get the maximum amount out of this service, and I’ve not experienced downtime once (touch wood). I even suggest it to individuals on different platforms if they wish to self host but don’t want the hassle.

Yeah, it’s a cost. But, for me, I like convenience. I’ve done my own physical Plex server, had it running for years, and the hassle that comes with it, it’s not for everyone. The cost of this per month, including the Debrid and Usenet services you choose, it still works out cheaper than paying for any of the greedy streaming providers combined a year!

To the team at Elfhosted, don’t ever stop the work you’re doing. This is God’s work!
