I think this is a scam. Paid for 6 months and got 1. No response from anyone.

Be very careful when subscribing to these on either their .org or .com site, as they are well-known scammers.

Notice that the positive reviews here are from subscribers who have just signed up and will soon lose their connection.

I have been writing to the company since Tuesday, 7th April, when my account suddenly stopped working, pretty much a month to the day after I signed a 14-month subscription with them.

I have since read that this is their company policy: to provide perfect service for a month, then disappear without a trace, leaving you with your money.

Please don't make the mistake I made.

This scammer's name is Julia Whitman, likely UK based. Claimed the sub would auto-renew monthly. Managed to hassle another month out of her, but she's since gone silent.

WARNING: This is a scam, I paid for a full one year service for 2 subscriptions and was disconnected after the first month. Could not get a response out of them after trying many times. Don't get burned!

I asked for a refund, but no one has returned it and they're not responding to my emails.

Same as the rest. 1 month service only after paying for a years worth of sevice. Should of done a bit of research instead of just going on what 1 person said on reddit !

Definitely a scam, paid for a year of service for 3 devices and got them in 1 month intervals then they just stopped giving service entirely.

DO NOT purchase service from them. It’s a scam. No matter what plan you purchase, it expires in 1 month and then they ghost you.

I signed up for one year as well and got only one month subscription. Trying to contact them and no answers on chat, no answer on email and no answer on what’s app.
Don’t use them they are scam artists

They say they are from the states but when you get the link it has a .ru ( Russia link)

Paid for 3 months but only got one month. Zero replies from the multiple messages I’ve sent in various ways.

If I was to get a reply I’d happily edit this but as of now I’d say avoid at all costs. This is an actual scam.

Despite beeing my first time using iptv, the support was patient with me till I was up and running. Always there to help and I appreciate it.

Scammers. Once you sign up for 1 year, they will only provide for 1 month. Once it expires, you wont be able to contact them. If you try their website, they will respond but once they know that you already purchased a subscription, they will not respond back.

This iptv service from eleza is a complete rip off no customer service, No matter what plan you purchase 3-6 or 12 month you will only get 1 month if you are lucky.
What they are doing, is using a provider and any package you purchase no matter what they tell the provider a purchase of 1month was bought and they keep the rest of the money.STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

Run away fast as possible!!!

the mail has been closed - they do not read the whatsapp messages, nor do they answer via the website.

I paid for a 3 Month subscription, but they told me the payment hadn't been received.

I confirmed with Paypal that the payment had been succsessfully sent to the correct address, but they asked me to pay again.

It's been 2 weeks now. They have my money, but won't activate my subscription, nor will they refund the money. Absolute scam!

Achtung Betrug. Leistung wird für den Zeitraum nicht eingehalten und der Support meldet sich nicht mehr.
Läuft ein Monat danach ist schluss und keiner mehr erreichbar. Nichtmal per Mail.
