I love the quality of their clothes but they use the same sizing chart for every piece which is frustrating. I had to buy multiple items to get the right fit because it didn’t match the chart.

Products top of the line, every garment I’ve bought from Elevenate has always been really good and good looking.

Sent me 3 pairs of the same pants, in three different sizes. Worse, they charged me for all three. Customer service was very apologetic but is making me wait until they receive returned items prior to issuing A refund

Product is well made and was delivered on time and customer service helped out with a couple of issues in the ordering and delivery process. I hope the insulated jacket delivers in its promised high breathability.

Das Produkt ist sehr Gut nur ein Wenig überteuert! Und sehr Nervig dass Produkt seid Monaten und in großen Größen (Hoody) vergriffen sind.
Dadurch bin ich gezwungen bei anderen Herstellern einzukaufen !
