Why do you give discount after buying…
Why do you give discount after buying jacket and trouwser. Do have to return and order again with the sended discount 10%. I feel a bit cheated. Now I have discount mail for nothing.

Two weeks later, still no delivery!!
Ordered a 550 Euro pair of ski trousers on their website. Waited a week and thought I should check on the delivery status.
The order was being held at a UPS collection point in Lockerbie, Scotland....I live in Jersey, Channel Islands !!
At no point during the ordering process was it made clear that they couldn't ship to my home address, which I entered at checkout. The site accepted my billing and delivery home address without issue.
The shipping type on my order confirmation said "Stand UPS Stand", which I assumed was UPS standard. When checking out, the checkout stated "UPS Access Point", which, to be honest, didn't mean anything to me....there was no explanation as to what this service was.
So here I am, a week before my ski holiday, with no trousers after waiting over 2 weeks. Elevenate even had the audacity to tell me to fix the issue by contacting UPS myself... terrible customer service.
I'm very unimpressed as well as disappointed.

I have four of these sweaters in three different colors. I love them. They're warm, but the zipper allows a little flexibility. The qualities is outstanding. And I am a sweater person so I know.

Nice clothing but dreadful customer service. I’m afraid they are not big enough to effectively operate in big markets (esp the US) sadly won’t be buying their products in the future…. If you buy their gear, get it from an established online retailer… buying directly from Elevenate is a slow, sloppy, drawn out mess… A real shame
