My experience with ElevateOM was very positive, all my queries were answered promptly and although everything was done by emails I felt that they really understood my requests.
There were several changes during the process as the Trustees pointed things out but all done swiftly.
As a charity the price from ElevateOM was very competitive compared to prices we have heard other charities have paid out for a website.
Elevate have a huge album of photos and every person who worked on the different aspects of the website carried out my requests the same day.
I recommend ElevateOM to anyone who wants
a new website at a reasonable price and work with people who understand and who are very patient.

A very good service from ElevateOM - building a smart looking new website in quick time, while promptly responding to every minor edit and query that then arose, made it a very good choice of provider. Thank you.

We’ve now worked with ElevateOM on two separate website projects, and both experiences have gone very well.

This is the second site they have built for us, and once again the process was handled professionally. The team were responsive, quick to deal with updates and amendments, and implemented changes efficiently when requested.

Communication was clear throughout, and any adjustments we needed were handled promptly without unnecessary delay.

We’re pleased with the outcome and would fully recommend ElevateOM to anyone looking for website development and support.

ElevateOM has been looking after our SEO for a few years now we have seen a steady rise in our online presence . Customer service is great ,we have a great dedicated project manager who keeps us updated and advised once a month including a 15 minute check in call if required. The price is also reasonable and we rank number on 1st pages for quite a few of our Key words.

Requested update to my website and it was actioned within a day and to the spec that I requested.

Chai in support dealt with my request to change the calendar date on the Your Buyers Guide website in double-quick time. Elevate OM are brilliant in keeping a website up-to-date.

The customer support from Chai and Stefan was fantastic. Thank you!!

However the email options were very limited and not much space, so I had to keep deleting emails before being able to continue using it. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars!
