I was so thankful for the promotion that offered free card renewals. Yes, I said free! Woo! Woo!! I couldn't believe it. My card had been expired for almost a month when I found out about it. Setting up my account on their website was simple. You choose the date and time of your appointment. They even had same day openings available. During my appointment the DR was super friendly and made sure I was doing ok and if I had found what worked for me. It was quick and to the point. I would definitely recommend Elevate Holistics to everyone. And just another FYI.. Even without the promo code it was going to cost half the price that I had previously paid another Dr.

Every year I use elevate and this year I did enjoy the tiny 10 percent discount despite my many years of using your service ,you made it very easy in years past but this year you took tooo long and I paid for an add on service that wasn’t utilized to my satisfaction and I got a refund. I will more than likely try someone local next year.

As a longtime patient, you absolutely notice when something that has historically been simple suddenly feels more complicated or takes longer, and I understand your frustration.
I’m glad we were able to refund the add-on service that didn’t meet your expectations, but I also recognize that a refund doesn’t change the overall experience you had this year.
