For security and privacy reasons, only the account holder can recover or access those credentials. Our team provided the information needed for account recovery, guided you through the process, and confirmed your application was successfully submitted. My appointment went very good.
It was easy to talk to the Doctor and my appointment was quick and easy to get my Medical Marijuana Card approved .
I’ve struggled with MS, Fibromyalgia, and I live in chronic pain every day.
I’m Praying for GOD and MMC to help ease my pain so I can get my quality of life back. I appreciate my Doctor for approving me for my MMC.

returning patient for medical card renewal

I called in for a renewal and paid but…
I called in for a renewal and paid but they forgot to send me the Dr doxy link for appointment.
I assumed they would contact me but when the appointment was past due I contacted them and told them I was never sent the Dr doxy link. I called and they made a new appointment and sent link.
