Elephant Collective Arvostelua 

I recently had an issue dialing in a particular batch of beans on my home setup. When I reached out to Billy, the response was phenomenal. Rather than offering a standard template reply, he genuinely took the time to understand my setup, explained the bean characteristics, and even tested the batch on their own end across different grinders to replicate what I was experiencing.
To top it off, they tweaked the roast profile specifically to make it more home-grinder friendly and sent out a complimentary 1kg bag of the newly adjusted roast with my next subscription order. The results speak for themselves. Machine dialed in and now smoothly and consistently pulling flawless crema and a delicious espresso.
It is rare to find a business so dedicated to quality, craftsmanship, and active customer care. They’ve earned a loyal customer for life. Highly recommended!

I recently tried at Elephant Collective and was really impressed by how thoughtfully the dishes were prepared—the flavors felt unique but still comforting. The atmosphere was cozy and artsy, though service was a bit slow during my visit, but it still made for a memorable and enjoyable experience overall.

I love the pizza. The pizza had a plenty of toppings and a crispy nice crust. Service is excellent. It delivered before estimated time. Would love to order again.

Muy buena atención

We always love the coffee and a bit of cake at the Elephant cafe in Neston village. Dog friendly, staff friendly, clientele friendly, always a good atmosphere and very relaxing. Will be frequenting the Parkgate front Elephant today with its great views to Wales.

Placed my order and waited 50 minutes before I then had to ask where our food was!
The inept manager and staff then informed me that they had no record of our order and did we have proof of the order!!!
I became very annoyed at the lack of contrition and insinuation just to be told don't speak to me like that?
The computer generated system does not delete orders so who did, or where did my food go?

Needless to say Mr and Mrs Mitchell we will not be visiting any of your establishments again.

Count yourself lucky we didn't file a defamation claim.

So so disappointed. Lovely burger but when did frozen fries become homemade chips. Total con. Had many takeaways from Elephant in the past but this is totally unacceptable.
